Unreliable staff. I want to know the barber I have will be there. I prefer consistency.

Everyone is really friendly. Luckily we got the girl. She was efficient and stayed on task. The guys were very distracted by the tv and their clients took pretty long. Great price. CASH ONLY but luckily they have an ATM in the shop.

Very clean and comfortable environment. They are reasonably priced. I get my beard trimmed and hair cut there at least twice a month for over two years and not a single complaint. Very consistent. Joe and Shannon are both awesome

Waited for over 30mins to have 3 people come in an go before my son to get his hair cut.. i mean how long does it take to fade an 8yr olds hair, will never go back again and have been going for a ling time..what a shame

Best place around and prices can’t be beat. My fiancé goes here frequently. Fast service, walk ins are welcome with limited wait time. They only accept cash. Be sure to tip them, they are all well deserving. We were both happy with how Joe clipped him up last time. A nice fade, did eyebrows and top of back as well. Friendly service, plenty of chairs to sit and wait. There’s always children in the shop and they do great with them as well, so definitely a place to consider taking the kids to.

Being my first time at a legitimate barber shop thats been around for decades, this is by far probably my new One Stop Shop for all my hair and beard needs. I was welcome to the store buy all three gentlemen working, then was served by Randy, one of the most detailed oriented people Ive ever met.All three barbers, and even the other customers were kid friendly, as wed taken our daughter there with us, and were extremely polite. The place felt dated, but for good reason. It has an old-time back in the day feel and it was great.All in all, I feel Ive found my new barber shop for life as long as it stays open.

I was a walk in at the barber shop. They told me about half hour wait. The barber sat me down in the seat. Then his scheduled appointment came in.He asked me to get out of the chair for the next chair. I only wanted a beard trim. Customer service wait for the next chair to open when he already asked me to sit. I felt like I was nothing to the shop.

Got a cut by Dustin today and he did great! He was very patient and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone there seemed real nice and it was a pretty chill environment. Definitely a great place to go get a cut.

Love this place! My son and I come here everytime we need a haircut. They pay attention to detail, and remembered our preferences from the first walk-in. Comfortable environment, kid friendly and the barbers are very conscientious. Would refer to my friends and family.

This was my first time going here for a cut. Honestly I didnt even know this place existed. It was tucked away in the corner of the plaza. Im glad I found it though. Plaza Barber Shop has a great classic barber shop atmosphere, a friendly staff, and does a great job at making you look good. Just a warning, they are cash only.

Cuts are by far the best in town, at some of the best prices too. Plus, the shop just got recently renovated and looks very nice and updated. Highly recommend

Been going to this place since I was probably 8 or 9, Ive seen alot of barbers come and go but this place has a great reputation for getting barbers that arent just qualified but people that care about what they do. They arent a barbershop that just hires people to fill chairs which is nice in my opinion because I know everytime I go in it doesnt matter if it is the first chair or the last, I get a cut that I am absolutely happy with. The prices are well beyond reasonable, always have been. To me its what a babershop should be, even with the new renovations it really still has that feel of a classic babershop, something little that todays world is missing alot of. I would recommend this place to anyone honestly male, female, kids, the guys here do a good job and Im proud to say this is the barbershop I go to.

Very nice people, I moved to the canton area about four years ago. Wanted to find and a barber shop that was relaxing, had great barbers, and was within my budget. I found Plaza Barber Shop, it has it all!They really know how to cut hair and you get a great conversation while its all going on.I will always go to this barber shop.....enough said!

This is the only place my son feels comfortable enough to let them cut his hair. They are really good with my son who is Autistic. They are all super friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend them

Meh. This is one of those places that does not do a good job offering friendly customer service to new customers. God forbid you walk in here, you will not be acknowledged by anyone. They are friendly to their friends and family. Cut wasnt very good, had to go somewhere else to fix it. Lines were all messed up and the barber wanted to argue. I would avoid this place if you dont personally know any of these folks.
