We started our bankruptcy in 2013 and it is now finished, not quite from the help of our attorney. I would definitely go to another attorney as she is not very well organized at all. Weve asked questions, never got a straight answer. When we moved we gave her our new address but yet the court never received the new address. My car title was sent to Canton, Oh and not where I live and was sent out in 2017 which I was told it would be after my case was finalized which was 2018. It just amazes me how unorganized her and the office is. Nobody knows which way anyone is going. You have to constantly remind her of pertinent details and information. If you want a good attorney definitely look elsewhere. If it was possible to give a minus star rating I would have definitely done so.

Very dissatisfied. After 3 months into my chapter 13 I was informed my payments to the plan were increased by $500. I could not afford to continue the plan so it was dismissed due to non payment. I asked questions about my back taxes and never got a straight answer ☹. After that, she only communicated withme by email. Needless to say, I went with another lawyer . I now have my mortgage, interest rate and taxes all reduced!!!

Ive been contemplating bankruptcy for over a year now and just in the last few months started having consultations with different offices. Im still not sure whether or not Im going to file but I must say that this firm by far surpassed my expectations. A very professional and courteous staff was the first thing I encountered when entering for my consultation.With many of my other consultations I felt like I was being pressured to commit and file asap. How refreshing that Miss Rohr actually took the time to make sure that I understood the process and the pros and cons of filing bankruptcy in my situation all while keeping a friendly attitude. Never once did I feel pressured or assaulted with misinformation about being fired from my job if I didnt file (or any of the other scare tactics that many offices around here deploy). I actually cancelled several appointments with other local firms based on the propaganda package I received from them in my mailbox.I would definitely recommend giving this firm a chance.
