By far the best pull a part. The manager is WAY better then the other locations. They should take lesson from him. Golf carts work. Customer oriented. A pleasure to go there. Living in Cleveland it makes sense to go to west Cleveland however I will drive an hour because it makes that much of a difference!! Don’t waste your tome go to canton pull a part!

Love the gulf carts ,I am getting up there makes it real nice to get around the yard,also real Nice not have to carry tools or the part.just saying found every part I went looking for been there numerous times last 2 months. Employees very good at helping you find what you are looking for.

Too many of the cars are badly stripped of common parts. Every vehicle I checked for parts was either destroyed, missing, or damaged. Wont be wasting my time at another one of these pull a parts, Ive had better luck with local mom and pop junkyards.

I broke my mirror. My boyfriend told me about this place. It was easy to get the mirror off. I also found a tire that was brand new for like $20. Ill be back for more tires. They sell more than just parts. I found used cars and was able to rent a golf cart to carry my tools and parts. They are very female friendly. It was great talking to the ladies inside for advice.

Leah at the front was very helpful. We found everything we were looking for an experienced great customer service. If youre looking for a cheap replacement I definitely suggest visiting, you can look up your car online very easily.

Went for a few different things for a couple different makes of autos and wow shocked had everything I was looking for and nice new stuff as well. Friendly staff very clean and organized was impressed.

Cant call in and talk with anyone about parts or pricing they send you through a automated call that doesnt help at all iv got a 05 ram 1500slt 4x4 extended cab with the 4.7 i need a pricing on a 4.7 and 5.7 and other parts with im not wasting hours trying to go through the automated call

I came in with very little knowledge of what I was actually looking for. Leah the manager helped me look for other parts that will work. The atmosphere in the store was totally chill. You feel welcome and included. Only girls work there and let me tell you, they know cars. I was impressed. I already brought back my best girlfriend.

Is the prices on their used vehicles way to high 5 years ago I bought 3 cars from them the salesman that was there was an awesome guy then he left the prices were crazy high I asked the ladies inside if they can come down on prices they said no. I wont buy cars and trucks from their again

Lot is neatly organized and no holes filled with water. My only minor gripe is that they need to hold vehicles longer before sending them to scrap, especially in winter when it is too cold to do large jobs. I know that this isnt always feasible or let people give you a deposit to hold a car until they can get their needed part.

My go to parts store. it is as nice a junkyard as Ive ever seen. excellent turnover on vehicles, yard is clean and well organized. they do not pre strip parts like some other you pick salvage yards. prices by far the best in the area if you are willing to bust your own knuckles. just an fyi: they are very covid compliant so you must wear a mask while indoors.

Easy to find cars and parts. Actually hit the lottery when you play with this place (or Akron location). Wish they had a search feature that allowed for multiple manufacturer search(ex Ford, Lincoln and Mercury equivalents to Fusion, MKZ, and Milan in one search) vs having to do each one individually.

The parking lot was clean. The vehicles were easy to get to. And I love the way they have everything up on blocks so that you can easily get the parts that you want. Also, the prices would be hard to beat!

My brother usually has a great experience finding parts there, but didnt have the best experience selling an old car. He called and got a quote for a 1999 Volkswagen beetle of $250. Went there to get the payment for it and they say that its missing a catalytic converter and will only give him $100. He would have appreciated knowing that was a policy beforehand and didnt even know that it was missing since it was running before. They give him a check for the $100 and say there will be no problem cashing it at fifth third bank with no fee. Fifth third bank charges a $10 fee, so essentially got $90 to scrap a car that had many good parts still left on it. With everything that happened, definitely was not worth the gas to tow it from Wooster to Canton... 😒

Went there today looking to find a decent lift gate for my Jeep Cherokee. I was surprised to find one that was in nearly mint condition. Im always surprised by the stuff I find there always great service and the yard is always in order. Five stars....

Pretty cool place, took my sister to drive a golf cart so she wouldn’t be scared on learning to drive a car. She noticed the used car section and Shari was able to tell her everything she wanted to know about a vehicle! Ashley and Amanda ROCKED with helping us find vehicles we were looking for and Leigha and Kaitlyn were pretty awesome about ringing us up for the parts we found! Thank you guys!

Always have ease when finding what I need. The staff are super friendly. One time, i wasnt aware of the age restrictions and brought my 5 year old with me so my friend waited with her in the front while I got a part. When I got back, my 5 year old told about how the lady gave her a popsicle and how nice she was and the lady was telling me about how nice my daughter was. It was very sweet of her to interact with my child when she didnt have to.

Everything I needed but the hours are horrible.

I have been going to the Canton yard for several years. have gotten a good deal on parts all along. if you want a good price on parts and are willing to do some work to get them you cant go wrong. with that said you also must understand that you may not find what you need when you go in there. i dont always find what i am looking for and have had to make a couple trips. just because the vehicle you are looking for is there. the part you need may not be good. never the less i just enjoy going there.The only complaints i have are with the public. people will destroy a good door to get a window motor. take what they want and leave other parts on the ground. brake something instead of removing it so they can get the part they want. i always pick up what i dont want and put it back in the car it came off of. someone else might need those parts. i also have used there notification system before but had no luck with it. i was not notified when the car i was waiting on came in. found it best to just check there online inventory.About the staff. always helpful. i am also pleased that they recently added a yard hand to help you with some things. carry parts to the checkout / apply the brakes to keep the wheel from turning when you unbolt them. things like that. keep up the good work.

Not as nice as Akron. But both are awesome! Mostly clean lots, nice gravel surface everywhere. Cars are safely propped up so you can work on them. Tires, radios, fluids, engine hoists. Love it! Good prices too

Went there for the first time today. Its a pretty nice layout and several decent cars to choose from. The smell and tow motors flying through the parking lot seriously detract from lingering there to look around. The ladies in the building were very courteous.My main complaint is the web site. As another reviewer had noted, it would be very helpful to at least put the color of the car & interior in the description. After all, there are places in their system to show interior & exterior color as well as how many cams - yet they are never filled in. How hard could it be to put those 3 pieces of info in? I wasted over an hour of driving because I was looking for red when all they had was gold. But they got their admission price! And forget about calling, as they dont even have phones there.If youre looking for a specific part for a general car at a good price and dont mind doing some work removing it, this is a good place to start. If youre looking for specific colors or pictures of the vehicles without showing up in person, youll likely be disappointed.

Their app is awesome and has always been up to date for me. Great idea so you know on colder days if its worth leaving the house. Customer service has always been great and you even find some other pickers willing to give a hand too.

Went to this location looking for a fuel pump for a Mercedes, didn’t find one. That’s ok, I will just buy an aftermarket radio and antenna adapter. Cashier didn’t know how to ring it up and the person marking the parts told her to ring it up as a 7 pin relay, which ends up to be more than the cost of the part new, which I explained to the lady, but she did not care whatsoever. Next to the antenna adapter, I stood there while the cashier was stuffing receipts in an envelope and didn’t acknowledge I was even still there. After a couple of minutes I told her to forget it and I explained to the lady marking parts what happened. Once again, she did not care. What a waste of gas and an hour and a half drive time. The location was not busy at all.

There is very friendly staff who are knowledgeable in their field, the layout of the vehicles is organized and easily accessible. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating is it is COMPLETELY self service! You have to have to be able to identify and remeove the parts that you need yourself. You also have to bring your own tools.

2 dollars to get in. You can ask the person you pay what row any cars you may be interested in seeing are. Friendly staff. Id suggest looking online to see if the model/year vehicle you are there looking for is there. They get tore apart quick so check back if you can wait and get there ASAP.

If they had knowledgeable people that worked the cash registers it would be great. But the ladies (using ladies loosely) knew what things actually were and didnt want to continue when someone says fine take it off I no long want it but the pull a part employee wants to continue to argue (you know Im talking about you sunglasses inside douche bag). Once I said take it off my bill that should have ended the conversation but the employee felt the need to argue with me more. Im done. I have forgotten more about cars than these ladies ever knew. Go elsewhere. The arguing isnt worth it. And for me to be the one to say just stop arguing about it that is a feat of miracles.You called it a wiring harness less than 4 feet for $12.95 . What it actually is a (from your website) sensor misc. $7.95 I would have paid the 8 bucks but you want to argue argue with yourself because you look pretty stupid arguing with yourself

Cold and didnt have what I needed.

DO NOT BUY ANY AS IS VEHICLES! For your safety, your friends, family and childrens safety! PLEASE have the vehicle INSPECTED PRIOR TO PURCHASE! I thought I was getting a great deal on a 1997 Ford Expedition, everything looked great on 04/27/18, it got through the weekend I can no longer put gas in, filler neck is rotted out I got an estimate for $3,000 repairs JUST TO MAKE THIS VEHICLE SAFE TO DRIVE! Not even 4 days later, I cannot put gas in and am stuck after paying $1,282 it will be $3,000 to $6,000 depending on how long it takes me to fix transmition. The staff was nice and everything appeared to be fine. Please do not make the same mistake I made!!!

This location is staffed with very helpful friendly people and are very FAIR with PRICING. Had issues at the Akron location and will not return to that location but THIS location is always GREAT ! Cant talk to anyone local EVER goes to a call center who knows where which makes me wonder who the employees are talking to on the phone apparently there is an age restriction on admission which I was rudely informed of I will not return to this location no need for attitude

Pullapart is awesome! All the girls inside are amazing! They greet us by our names everytime we come j to the store. Its such an easy process. Pullapart is tbe way to go!

First, its a little frustrating to drive over a hour, pay admission, only to find the car in question is completely gutted. I understand they dont inventory vehicle parts, but it would be nice if they at least state the color on the website along with a picture. The vehicle I was looking for was on the lot for maybe a week before I showed up and was completely worthless (parts-wise) and had been in an severe accident. Wasted time and gas driving there.Their website is a joke! I have never been able to log in using my VIP# and their email notification (for new cars on the lot) does not work.The nail in the coffin was a month ago: I pulled a headlight and did not notice the bottom was cracked (beyond repair). I noticed said cracked when the cashier picked up the headlight - I literally had just used my CC 30 seconds before that and she stated we dont issue cash refunds only store credit. I was livid and stated they only had one Mazda 6 and its very rare that they even show up. To top it, they bank on the fact that you may NEVER be able to use your credit as it is only good for 90 days and the chances of finding another car (with the part you need) is slim.Lastly, the stated prices and hours on their website are a complete lie - core charges for used parts, from a junk yard, is a complete joke. They also charge a eco fee on every transaction - this is addition to the admission fee.

I have been a customer of the Canton Pullapart store for over 7 years, I buy parts there at least twice a week. Visit after visit, I am always cheerfully greeted and asked if they can help me find a car or part even though I have been there probably 200+ times and know my way around the yard. Every time I visit Canton PAP I receive consistant and sincere customer service. These are kind and helpfull people working there that are happy with their jobs and it shows in their geninue sincerity, smiles and attitudes. I always receive consistant excellent customer service, consistant and clear pricing that I can depend on, a clean well orginized yard well marked, and honestly nothing else I could want. These are happy helpfull people.This is what you will experience at this location.
