What ever you do, do not work with Osman Javed. He is extremely rude and talked down to me telling me “I am not the most important person in the world” even though I never said I was - who says that to a customer?!I was told to drive out to the shop (I am 40 minutes away) because they would be able to take care of me (since my issue required 15 minutes- battery swap). Upon arrival, Osman started yelling at me telling me I won’t be serviced today and elevating his tone so everyone in the store was made aware of the conversation. This was not warranted as all I did was explain that I spoke with someone who told me I could be serviced today. This was extremely embarrassing and quite frankly very unprofessional.Luckily his coworker was sane and actually cared about people walking in the door. As promised I was serviced which is why I’m leaving 3 stars. Don’t waste your time with Osman, just ask for someone else. I’ve attached a picture of his business card.

All of the staff was courteous and kept me informed the whole time. I was not able to get an online appointment so I arrived when it first opened and they still were able to get me The Works on my truck and used the coupon for it to be $49.99, which not all Quick Lane’s were accepting. The tech was very thorough as I could see through the glass and he ensured my truck was cleaned up and good to go! I will for sure be coming back again and recommending to all I know!

Would of been 5, but they said u didnt have any points. When I got home and checked, I had over 2000 carried over from May, giving my current total over 4000. I could of gotten my oil change and tire rotation discounted using my points.

Quick great service today on my parents car I took in. I always bring my own here also because they take great care of my cars!👍
