Highly recommend!!! I was in an accident and my vehicle was pretty banged up. I was unsure of what to do or who to call. I called Canton Auto Body and Kathleen helped me instantly. I didnt have to do a thing! By the time my car made it to their shop, she had already set me up with a rental. Marcelo, the owner, was so understanding and caring. He made sure I was personally okay before they even touched my car. He allowed me to get my belongings from the car and Kathleen then drove me to the rental place. Their customer service is beyond measure. I had my car back in no time! I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my car needs!!! Thank you Canton Auto Body!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Canton Auto Body with Marcelo and his team. I had read decent reviews about this business, and visited them once a couple years ago for their opinion about rust around the windshield on my previous 2005 car (they said until it leaks, dont do anything-- youre asking for more trouble than its worth, which seemed like honest advice). So recently when my new 2018 car was randomly keyed on almost every panel (terrible), I spoke to a receptionist at Canton Auto Body. She explained that the damage would definitely exceed my deductible, explained the process of filing a claim then working with their business (she also informed me of the nearest location for me to get the car appraised by my insurance company), and told me that they offer a courtesy vehicle for only $25/day including fees (a lot cheaper than daily rates at car rentals). After my talk with her, I filed a claim with my insurance and had it appraised. They asked me if I had a place in mind to bring it to get fixed. When I told the person Canton Auto Body, he reacted well and said Thats great, were familiar with them, and we work really well with them. I called Canton Auto Body and scheduled everything easily. They worked really hard to make sure I would have use of the courtesy car on days I needed to get to work (they even rented a car for me for a few days from Enterprise but didnt charge me more than the promised $25 per day). Additional work was needed above what the insurance claims adjuster estimated, but again since the two companies work well together it was no problem and handled easily. On the day that the car was completed, Marcelo stayed a bit late for me to be able to pick it up after work (the cars paint job looked perfect and was cleaned inside and out) and we had a good talk-- hes a very warm person. After he closed up and left, I realized there was a minor issue with my automatic locks (something was deprogrammed when they removed and reinstalled the door handles, which is required when removing the door panel to work on fixing the scratches). On my next day off they brought it to the dealer and had it fixed in a few hours, and even dropped the car off at my house. So although this is a well-deserved lengthy review, in short-- the (traumatic) experience of having my new car badly keyed was made better by their wonderful customer service and quality work. I highly recommend them and would go there again for work.

Dropped off car to have repaired from auto accident. Customer service bad. No follow up from new girl. Ill call you back. Never did. When car was ready (not really), car was not washed from paint job. Very dusty and dirty. 2012 car was like new before we brought it there and car accident. Left with scratch Marks all over car. Now I have to waste money to bring car to another shop to fix paint. Rear bumper replaced was also not installed properly from accident.

Canton Auto Body provides the kind of customer service other body shops only dream about, seriously.I recently stopped by Canton Auto Body to have a front bumper cover painted for my Moms ailing Toyota Corolla. I spoke with Mike and Gracie and they were very helpful and willing to find the best solution for me. I explained that I would be shipping the bumper cover to my Mom as a birthday gift and that I needed it fairly quickly. Mike was fast to source the bumper cover for me and.....get this...have it painted and ready for pickup within 24 hrs!!! Thats right, 1 day! Awesome! Mike even coached me on how to pack and ship the finished item, which looked amazing BTW. The best part is that when I flew home to visit my Mom and install the bumper cover, it was an exact perfect color match. I used to work in the auto body industry and trust me, not everyone can match a paint exactly, especially without the car in front of them.Nice work to the entire team at Canton Auto Body. The service was excellent and the staff was incredibly helpful. I appreciated the way they treated me and my vehicle. The little things like not returning my vehicle to me in the rain (fresh paint out in the rain can cause issues) and detailing inside and out is what made their service stand out. After going in and out my drive way for 12 years one Friday morning I hit the gate. oh great my insurance is going up, now I have to get a rental.so I go and call the insurance, answer the same questions over and over and now I have to go shop for a body shop, I asked my next door neighbor who is very knowledgeable and she refers me to Canton Auto Body, best thing ever they are very nice, loyal to customers, easy to deal with and do a great job, they took care of my rental reservation, keep me updated with the repair status and even cleaned my van.I absolutely give them 150% and my families and friends are going to be their new customer.

I brought my Black 04 RX330 in to have several dents removed via PDR. I wasnt sure if it could be done, especially some were on the body crease, and other were pointed dings, and the color is not forgiving with any imperfections. But I must say they did a great job and at a reasonable price. Marcelo and his staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend their PDR service

I have seen multiple before and afters of cars that have gone through Marcellos shop over the years, and have been impressed every time. I used to work at North End Motors, the premium used car dealership that is attached to Canton Autobody. I saw countless bumpers repainted and looking factory fresh. I even saw a Nissan 350Z with an orange tri-coat paint job go through for some blemishes on the body. I couldnt tell that it had been painted. They do extremely good work. I actually referred a very picky family member to them recently and her car came out looking better than it did before the accident. They also handled the obnoxious insurance adjusters that were trying to tell her that some of the damages were not covered.
