They were very responsive and helped with any questions we had. We had our TV mounted in the living room above the fire place and another TV in the bedroom. For the bedroom TV, Cody went above and beyond and installed electrical plugins that are hidden behind the TV. We plan to purchase surround sound in the future and will be contacting Cody for the installation. 10/10 Recommend.

Cody and Nick arrived to install a 65 Smart TV. They were timely, professional and thorough. They had to tackle antiquated equipment and a difficult location above a fireplace. But through it all their concern was a quality job and whether I was happy. They had to return another day because new satellite equipment had to be installed before they could finish. But they had the TV part working until the satellite arrived. Cody was very helpful at ensuring I understood the remote functions as well. They even returned to troubleshoot a remote issue. I have never had such excellent service and highly recommend their services. Very nice young men. Dont hesitate to give them a call.

Cody and his team were great. I had an existing system that was having issues. They quickly diagnosed the problem and determine they did not have the materials needed to fix it. Needed to run all new cable through the house, not their fault. They ran new wires through the basement, attic for my system and for a price much cheaper than I thought it would be. They came back the next week to do the job. We purchased new TVs in that time and without their knowledge through having his team hangs those as well. He stayed longer and got it done. Even set up the internet in all the TVs and was a fair price. 100% would recommend them to anyone.

Exceeded expectations my with completing my Audio Video set up after a builder with less expertise tried to get it done. These guys came in and corrected everything. I can’t say enough amazing things about this company! They were super professional and kind. They put shoe covers on before coming in my house + wore masks for my protection. I hired them to hang a neon sign above my daughters crib and they made sure I was satisfied with the placement and explained to me how they would hide the cords to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Very happy with the end result and will definitely use them in the future!

Great work on 2 corner room flat screen wall mounts. They were prompt and professional. They supplied the wall mounts, moved electrical outlets, and they were able to hide all the wiring. I will be using them again for all future home entertainment needs. If you want to support a small business that does this, I highly suggest using them as well.

Tim came into my home with the most professional manner I have come across in the construction industry, very punctual and knowledgeable to the extent I felt 100% comfortable with allowing him to install my new Martin Logan audio system! The knowledge and comfort they bestowed upon me made the whole process phenomenal! I would recommend these guys for any job and anyone!

They installed antenna in attic, ran wires, did tone out wiring in the rooms that we wanted for TVs to access free digital broadcast stations (appx 70 of them) They added splitter to the antenna/lines as needed. Tested the system to make sure its working properly, marked lines-rooms, and wore a mask too!Cody was responsive via text and very helpful in answering all questions.

I agree with all of the previous positive comments but wanted to add that Cody was very willing to work within my budget. I didn’t want the most expensive or technologically advanced system, just something simple and budget conscious that would still provide a great home theater experience. I also asked him to stay and teach me how to use it because I am not tech savvy. He met all of the above expectations. I was surprised at how quickly he had everything up and going. Fantastic service and an excellent experience! Worth the money to have him take care of everything instead of me figuring it out myself!

I had an appointment for 4 p.m. on 10/1 to install 4 Atmos speakers and wire 2 surround speakers so no wiring would be visible.Cody texted me 2 hours before my appointment that he had some significant unexpected problems at his current job and indicated he would need to reschedule my appointment for the following week. Since I had removed most of the equipment from the room I asked if he could come on 10/2 since I already had that day off from work. Unfortunately, he could not make 10/2 work. However, he told me that if I didn’t mine If he arrived at 8 p.m. or so he would take care of my install on 10/1 as scheduled. I don’t know how many companies complete work that late, especially after an already exhausting day?Cody and his assistant arrived around 8:30 p.m. and it was clear they were both tired from the long day, Regardless, they got right to work and both retained a great sense of humor despite being tired. They finished the job efficiently and professionally. The Atmos speakers are perfectly aligned in the room and the surround speaker wiring disappears seamlessly into an installed wall plate. The installation was clean and they did a nice job cleaning up after as well. Cody even installed all of my quick connect/disconnect speaker cable plugs. The overall installation cost was also very reasonable.Since it was late and I knew they were tired, I didn’t want them to stay any longer just to hook everything up. My son and I could handle all of the hook ups without any problems. Everything worked well and tested as expected.Cody reached out to me the next day to double check to make sure everything worked correctly. The service was great and the follow up was professional. My son has also used Cody twice and the work he performed at his house was equally professional.I would recommend Cody for your audio/video installation needs.
