Was going to use these guys until I saw the reviews, and their incredibly unprofessional responses. Scam company?

Just arrived at DTW. No one was there to pick us up. After searching for our driver. Called an Uber.This is after a horrible ride to the airport.

I’m irritated that I had to give them one star. They get one star because it would let me post a review with no stars. Worst company ever! Our flight got cancelled and I called to reschedule our pick-up and they never showed to pick us up on our return date. Instead of picking us up on Monday like I requested, they said we were scheduled for a pick up from the airport on Tuesday. They had our flight information. I was told I would get a refund although they said they were not obligated to do so. It has been 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and we have yet to receive our refund. They also said they’re charging us a cancellation fee when THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP! Their customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The most unprofessional company ever!! You can’t even understand the “customer service representative” and no one returns a phone call. I was told that I needed to deal with the billing department during the hours of 10-4. They never answered the phone and didn’t return my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and get a real metro car.This was last February. Nice that it took you over a year to respond. You are a horrible pathetic colony

I booked a trip from DTW metro airport to home, they instantly charged my card, gave us wrong info, so we can cancelled it immediately, and they were supposed to return the money (less cancellation fee) in a couple of days. They never bothered to return the money even after many phone calls for weeks. Be extra careful about this company. It is a total harassment and they practically stole about 350 dollars.

I was told when making the reservations the car would be $65. But when I checked my receipt I had a 20% gratuity fee. A insurance fee of a 1dollar a fuel fee $2 credit card processing fee for $2 car sanitation fee for $5 a total of $88.19 and I was only 15 minutes from my house. The car was a crisis 300 with a 145000 miles and the strikes was gone and the car was leaning to the side. I give metro car a Grade F.

I had a car service pick me up from the airport. This was my first time using them and I dont know why I ever used other companies.The driver was just so professional, sweet, and just A+ all around. Yes- this is slightly more than some other services and they charge a premium for not arranging your pick up more than a day in an advance- but it is worth the money.I recommend them highly!!

Pick up from DTW to a city in metro Detroit was awesome and timely.Pick up from a city in Metro Detroit to DTW was not as good. We had scheduled a 9am pick up and the driver did not arrive until 9:22am without notification of late arrival.

Don’t give them your credit card! They stole mine and stupidly made it easy to prove their employees were using it!

DT Metro Sedan Limos was fantastic. From the moment we booked to the day of my wedding i was very pleased. JAVED our driver was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way. He completely made me feel safe and was on time to every stop he is extremely professional. If you want the best i highly recommend DT Metro Sedan..!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charge close to $100 for a one way fee from the Detroit Airport to Southfield. The same ride would only cost $30 in an Uber. Way over priced, vehicle was dirty, and they never sent an email confirmation or a receipt. Poor customer service. They also try to disguise their company as METRO CARS! They are NOT!! I only gave them one star because you have to at least hit one star for the posting to post to the website. They deserve NO STARS!

DT Metro Sedan was an amazing experience!! Extremeley professional, reasonable rates and great people! My drivers name was Tauha, he was so professional and polite! Having Tauha as my driver was such a pleasure, Ive recommended him to friends and family and theyve all come back extremely satisfied. He made the drive feel comfortable and luxurious, he even let me use his aux cord!! The last thing I wanted to think about after my flight was the drive home and Tauha provided just the service I needed. A smooth drive home in a luxurious car with a polite gentleman! All together a wonderful company and customer service, so glad to have found DT Metro Sedan, I will definitley be using their services again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We ordered a limo to take the kids to Detroit for the day, when we booked the staff could of not been more helpful with planning our day out (great customer service) when our limo arrived on the morning of our trip which I may say arrived 15 mins early!!! The driver was very professional he helped us with our buggys and bags. When we got inside there was balloons for the kids and complimentary alcohol free bubby for the children, the driver asked us what music we preffered or if we wanted a dvd for the children! a very pleasant drive to Detroit ! On collection again great driver on time explained where he was as was very hectic but we had no stress finding him,with another helping of kids bubbly all in all a great service provided by easy limo will deffo recommendThanks DT Metro Sedan You Made our Event Awesome !
