About 6 months ago I had a kia rio with a catalytic code and he recommended me to change the catalysts, one at the front and the other at the back. The work was not cheap and what you had to take again because he turned on the code again and then they gave me the car and said that it was fine and that the light would be on, but that there would be no problem. Today I had to take him to another because he was covered and the car was holding. When they checked the catalyst, it was damaged and the filter or the catalyst gut was sinking and falling apart and covered the back. It means that the work they did on Speedy Muffler was very poor and could have damaged the engine. Now I have to buy both catalyst and put them back. But I want you to know that I will never return to Speedy Muffler, let alone recommend.Answer, you did not do the job that you offered me, you only deceived me and gave me a calalitic one that supposedly was what changed me, they only took out the inside and put that white thing that you see in the photo. That same was breaking and covered the second catalyst. What can they do to put what the catalyst from above saves after putting my daughters life at risk.
