Great Service, Good merchandaise

Location of the distribution center is somewhat distant from the San Juan area. Be prepared to wait a while, but at least it has a comfortable waiting area with TV and soda machine. Once called though, you are in and out relatively quick. Make sure you check for damages while you are there if you can.

Went here to pick up my furniture that I purchased at the store. It was a long process to get my furniture that I bought at the store a day before.

Fast service, but the dont really help you that much if you want to pick it yourself

The management on this store is just the worst they offerd me a 30 dollar in store credit after delivering a damaged refrigerator that I bought for my son as a Christmas present. The refrigerator has a dent about 6 across and we call them the morning after resiving the fridge at 8pm but they say that since we sing the papers for the delivery that is not their problem. $30 for a $400 damage product the nerves... no one should buy at this store.

When they buy anything, it is better to pay to have it delivered and installed since some parts are broken. Better to be safe. Because if you do it, you are going to have problems with the return.

Fast service. But the only bad thing was that after we had collected the merchandise, when we got to the house. One of the boxes was incomplete and we had to go back to pick up a new one. Because it was collected, they could not bring them to the house.
