One star because 0 isnt possible.After a pre-scheduled maintenance to my vehicle on AUG 13 for AUG 30, I arrived to the maintenance facility half an hour early of the time scheduled time, after giving a call on the morning to confirm the appointment. I waited out 30 mins for their lunch to be over and was received by the personnel. They took my car to the maintenance bay and instructed me to wait in a chair. After three and a half hours of wait, they came and told me they didn’t have the oil that the car required to provide its transmission oil maintenance.Can you believe this? They made me wait three and a half hours, outside, on a hot day, to tell me they didn’t had the automatic transmission oil of a pre-scheduled automatic transmission oil change! This is basic! Prior accepting a vehicle for maintenance or even scheduling its maintenance check you have the spare parts needed.I lost my only vacation day in months. Not to mention gas, tolls, and a 1.5 hrs drive to and from the service center. I’m beyond furious. Its outrageous. Zero respect for peoples time.Go do your servicing elsewhere, certainly I dont recommend them.

Disrespectful customer service representative (Janice). They makes more appointments than they can handle. A simple fix can take a week for them to finish. Customers pay for their incompetence, I had to rent a car. I hope to never request their service. Will look for other authorized shop.
I made an appointment for Thursday morning. While making the appointment, I specified the problems I am having with my vehicle. I came to the appointment, and checked the vehicle in. The service lady told me I would need to leave my car for the estimate which is understandable.I asked for a loaner car, they did not have any available, I was told to rent a car or use Uber to get home as they also do not have shuttle service.I did not hear anything on Thursday, so Friday morning, I called and emailed about an update.I was then responded to by Janice saying that my car had been assigned a technician and it is in line for an estimate today. This was at 8:51 am.By 4:40, still no communication, I called and emailed about the status as now it is the end of the day on Friday:No response.I’ve arrived here this morning, and was told it would take 3 hours for the estimate.I have declined an estimate on other issues and just want my spark plugs changed.I am very disappointed in the unprofessional way the communication is handled in this business.I heard the lady say in Spanish its the language barrier.Had she communicated in Spanish I would have nothing to say.She said nothing, and responded to my email on Friday, THIS MORNING while I’m here.I don’t want to hear sorry for the delay. What does that mean? My time was wasted, and I could have taken my vehicle to other GM service departments here on the island.As of now, Monday at 9:15, no estimate for even changing spark plugs. They open at 7:30 by the way.Incredible.I do not recommend this business, unless you have indefinite time and more than one vehicle.I’m a single mother with a sick father and only one vehicle.

Customer service is useless. Ive been waiting for a simple diagnosis for 3 weeks. The manager seems to be very superior and cannot take calls. Very disappointing. I do not recommend it at all!
