Big shout out for Chris L Les schwab‘s in Canby Oregon.I just want To say that Chris didn’t not meet my expectations.He exceeded my expectations !!!Chris went out of his way and deliver a battery.My work truck die while Making a delivery chips at Freddy’sI called Napa no answered.then I remembered there is a Les schwab on the main road.I called less swabs and this awesome guy name Chris answer and wile he’s look for my battery I asked if someone could deliver it and without hesitation he said yes.I’ll be going out to my lunch I can drop it off for you.How cool was that. thanks again Chris keep up the awesomeness!Eli vega.

They messed up my tire pressure sensing system. Had no problem when I drove in. Now they are sensing backwards. Front are higher pressure than rear. Am going to have to take vehicle to a Les Schwab I trust on Tuesday after Labor Day weekend

Had an appointment for 4pm to get a tire balance and a brakes check. Car was taken back at 524pm and now its almost 2 hours waiting for an hour appointment. Les Schwab is slipping in customer satisfaction

Canby Les Schwab has my business for sure, after hard time at the Molalla location, I reached out to headquarters they got me in touch with Chris, just talking to him I felt relief. I had to stop by my local Les Schwab this afternoon to get a tire sensor. Being high risk for Covid I was worried about waiting in the waiting area or having anyone else in my car. The gal who checked me in was super nice and said I could drive my own car into the bay so no one would have to drive it and they let me sit in my car while they fixed the sensor. The mechanic was very nice and no one made me feel weird that I didn’t want anyone else in my car or wanted to stay in my car. They were super nice and professional. Great staff thank you so much!!

We all know Les Schwab is awesome for tires struts and alignments. For me its the trust. I know theyre not going to put parts on my truck I dont need.they took the time to show me what I needed and walk me through how they were going to fix it and offered me a payment plan in house. Way Awesome ! if you go to the candy store make sure you go to the alignment shop and meet Les... Somebody give this guy a raise ! When I bought a used truck Les and the managers bent over backwards to make sure everything was right and my new truck was safe. OMG ! You guys really are the best at what you do...

These guys were absolutely great. The sign on the door says they open at 8am, but when I showed up at 730am with a flat tire, they opened up early and got right to work on my vehicle. They were able to set me up with four new tires and windshield wipers in less than 60minutes.

Always there to help even if it is to tell you everything is fine and send you on your way.

Great! Seemed to have a slow leak on front tire, and an associate met me at my car, took it right in and checked it out! All told, less than 10 minutes! I most definitely will be doing business here again!

Popped in to have a slow leak Id been neglecting for 2+ months looked at, fully expecting to have to pay for any repair as I still have the tires that came with my Jeep from the dealer. They pulled a nail & repaired it, free of charge, & I when I inquired about how my tread looks overall, they said it looks great & I have a long time to go before Ill need new tires. Its so nice to not have to deal with the hard sell that is usually synonymous with tire shops & mechanics. Thank you!

Les Schwab is still a good place to go for tires, battery and a few services but their prices no longer seem to be as competitive as some of their competitors (-1 star) and at this particular location the main lady behind the customer service counter doesnt hand out too many smiles and often seems to be in a gloomy mood (-1 star).

I want to send some praise and thanks to Rudy and the Les Schwab team here in Canby. I got out of work at 5:45 and noticed I had a flat tire. They were able to get me in at 5:58 even though they close at 6pm, and they fixed my tire FOR FREE! Amazing. My new set of tires in 2000 miles will be purchased from Les Schwab in Canby. Helpful, but I spent a bit more than expected. Got custom wheels made for my truck. They had to have the ones I wanted made for me.

They called me with an update on parts pricing and to say theyd let me know when they got them in. They never did follow through to tell me when/if they got the parts in stock. When I brought my car in, they did not ask if they could test drive it on the road, so I just saw the guy drive away with it. They should always ask if theres anything they should know about driving the car, any sounds to listen for, etc. And if you are ok with them driving away in it.But overall, Les Schwab is great. And I would recommend this place. I went in on a Monday and man, it was way better then having to schedule an appointment in Portland and still wait 3 hours at a Les Schwab in town there! They know their stuff and their policy in terms of customer treatment and service are excellent.

Extremely slow. You advertise free repairs, what you don’t say is that it will take over two hours to fix a flat tire. I see that I can schedule an appointment to fix a tire; I guess I need to schedule flat tires a week in advance.Maybe you could have other tire stores fix it and simply pay them??

A HUGE Thank you. My car had a flat tire they came to my home put air in tires so I could get to their store where they repaired it no charge. Fantastic service always. Will of course buy my tires at the Canby Store.

Pulled in for a small tire leak, guy runs out and takes my truck in and maybe 6 minutes i was out and no charge. Great service like normal

Very disappointed with service today...was quoted a price and then without a simple courtesy phone call, they tried to charge me an extra $105 for extra labor. What was more disappointing was that they had the nerve to lie to my face and say that they told me this when I called myself to see if my car was ready. Then when they admitted well they could have been clearer, they still wanted the extra money. Finally a manager came out and took care of us and gave us the quoted price. Still, my faith was totally lost in these people. I would not trust my vehicle to them in the future. Its just not worth it. The cashier and manager were great, but the lead guy and technician were completely dishonest and rude.

THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS.As part of a family who has used Les Schwab for over 18 years, I normally would uphold local companies and continue to follow those who respect and value their customers. However this location does not upkeep their word. Ive come and gone to this location a number of times to get things fixed, but this last time makes me NEVER want to return, or go to any other Les Schwab. You may ask why? Allow me to explain.I brought my car in to repair a strange rattling sound originating from my vehicle, as to which side it was on, I wasnt sure, I had asked them to check it out and repair the problem. A few hours later they gave me a quote on what it would cost to repair it. I scheduled a day to bring it in a few days later. Before I could bring in the car, I received a call that they had misquoted me, they stated it was going to cost an additional $200 from what they had told me earlier.I still brought it in to be repaired and spent over $400 doing so. When taking the car to work about 10 minutes after the repair, I hear the same rattling sound that I brought it in to be fixed. It was not repaired. Bringing it back in, they discover that the problem was on the back-end of the car, when getting the first quote they had not even bothered to check the back and repaired something unrelated to the problem I had brought it in for. They refused to work with us even though they did not fix the problem. They fixed something that wasnt even broken. This meant I had spent over $400 on a repair that wasnt needed and was left with a damaged car still.It has been a week since this incident, Ive spoken with their corporate office and while their corporations customer service was kind, they stated there was nothing they could do about their poor customer service in their stores. When returning to this location the management treat us with hostility. 18 years of service with this company, My father has gone to Les Schwab, my grandfather did the same and after this experience, none of us will ever use Les Schwab again. I do not recommend this place. They do not uphold their own quote, DOING THE RIGHT THING SINCE 1952,Does hostility and inability to keep their own word the right thing? I think not.Do not make the same mistake I had.Do not go here.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experianced. Refused service because I didnt buy my tires directly from them, was told if I wanted it done I had to come on an off day and leave the car with him all day. Worked out for the better, because I found a locally owned shop that actually cares about my business. Will not be coming back again.

Les Schwab should teach a masters class on customer service! I came in with a flat and needed them to put on my doughnut until I could buy another tire, they gave me a used tire of the same type for free apologized for not having any new tires that I could buy to replace it and sent me on my way for no dollors out of pocket on essentially the exact tire but not flat.... take a hint every other company... Ive only ever bought les Schwab tires for a reason!!

Dropped by with my wifes car to have her brakes checked. Quick service. HD TV to watch while to wait. USB ports and wall plug in near the seating area to charge your electronics which is a neat modern design that all waiting rooms should have now days. They have the traditional free popcorn 🍿 like always wouldnt be Les Schwab without it. Also a vending machine of snacks. Free guest Wifi download speeds 20Mbps upload 5Mbps

Ive had great service here until recently when I found Les Schwab damaged my vehicle. I found I had two wheel lugs stripped out. They had to be replaced.I installed some new suspension parts on my car, and needed to get an alignment, so I took the car to Les Schwab. Before going there, my car was fine. About a week later after going to Les Schwab I go to take my wheel off to change something on my suspension, I find that 2 wheel lugs are stripped, and the nuts cannot be removed or tightened. Even with a torque wrench up to 150ft/lbs, it will not tighten or loosen.Les Schwab says they did not touch the wheels/wheel lugs/nuts. I am not convinced. I hand thread everything, then tighten to spec with a torque wrench. This kind of damage could only be done with an impact gun which I dont own but les schwab uses. In my opinion, the wheel was taken off for some reason, and when the nuts were put back on they were not threaded, just put on with the impact gun straight away, ruining the threads and nut.I spoke with Les Schwab about this, and all they would say is that it couldnt have been them, and it must have been someone else or myself that did it. Disappointing, but I will take my business elsewhere unless i have to go there.

Over the last 20 years I have been a faithful customer of this Les Schwab in Canby for a few simple reasons....I have always customized my vehicles (many) and they have always supported my detailed concerns and delivered appropriately to my satisfaction, which is critical.In the numerous hours I have spent there, I have witnessed 5 star customer service thru a series of managers/ asst. managers.Lastly, my most recent truck has been the mother of all pain in the asses! Brian, Irving and the REST of the crew have broken their backs to solve the problems involved with putting semi truck wheels on an F450 and achieving a comfortable ride for me!!THANK YOU CANBY LES SCHWAB, YOU ARE THE BEST!Also note, this is not the closet Schwab to my home.....nuff said.
