Wow, this was some of the best costumer service i have experienced in any field. I had a septic alarm going off, Cory pumped my tank and trouble shoot my issue and the price was the same as I paid to just pump my tank with a different Co. On top of that Cory spent the time on the phone to explain to me what was going on and couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. If you need septic service, believe the hype, look no further, call these guys!

Sunday morning we realized we had a septic problem. Lil’Stinky came in a very timely manner and helped us uncover our septic lid only to find we had a clogged intake. He loosened it, and we were flowing freely again. He answered all of our questions and said we didn’t need the tank pumped at this time which saved us a bundle. Their fee was definitely in line with a Sunday morning emergency call. I would highly recommend this company.

Hire these guys! I gathered various quotes from other companies, researched, asked a lot of questions, and these guys stood out. They were forthright and informative. They replaced the septic tank and pipes to the dry wells which they pumped and created clean out access to. Corey came out on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was the third person to come look at our system and right away diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was also very patient, taking time to talk to our home insurance company by phone to detail the service and help us get reimbursed. Unfortunately we have have had several local companies come out for this problem. Lil Stinky is the best by far!

Tried to upsell us on a septic system that was $10,000 more than we needed. The owner of the company refused to listen to other options, vehemently arguing that what he was proposing was the only system that Clackamas County would approve for our property.I knew that was not true, having done my own research. We contracted a different company, who did in fact get approval for the system we wanted, which is still much more capacity than we actually need, but works well, requires a much smaller drain field, much less digging, and cost $10,000 less than what Lil Stinky insisted was required.

They are not number 1 in the septic system they dont do rvs and they are not very nice on the phone very dismissive. I for one will not use there service.

Left a message for Lil’ Stinkey to get our septic tank cleaned and never received a call back. Ended up calling another company that called back in a couple hours and cleaned two days later.
