Raymond and his Absolute team did a fabulous job on all our windows and skylight - interior and exterior. They checked to make sure they got any residual marks and were careful with their tools and products in the house. Raymond gives excellent customer service. He went above and beyond using his very tall ladder to change my fire alarm battery at the top of our vaulted ceiling. This was the first time we used Absolute - on recommendation from a neighbor. We will definitely use them again.

Weve used Absolute Window Washing twice now to clean windows in our vacation rental property and our own home. Response, polite, efficient and proficient! In short, they do a great job, communicate well, show up when they say they will. Could NOT ask for more from a service!

I contacted Ray at the recommendation of a friend and neighbor. I was actually at her house and observed/commented on how clean her windows were and she told me about how Ray has been cleaning her windows for years. So of course I called Ray and he was able to give me a estimate per window on the spot. We set up a time for him to come by. We had close to 30 windows including all the skylights. They did a great job on windows. After they left, I noticed a about 4-5 windows which had streaks of their soap solution and told them about it, they came back that following Sunday to take care of it.Ray also cleaned our roof for us. And he did a good job within the limits of what could be done. Overall pretty happy and grateful.

I had a great experience with Absolute Window Washing. They were on time and my glass was sparkling clean. I feel that it was a great value. The only reason I am not doing 5 stars is that I thought the tracks were included. I dont think they include deep cleaning of the tracks, so you may want to clarify that when you set up your appointment. I will definitely use them again next year.

Showed up early for the appointment time and got right to work. Was professional and worked quickly to get the job done! Price was the same as competition. Easy to schedule. Windows look good. Not meticulous. But way better than they were. Respectful of property. Would use them again.

I could not ask for a better result to my need for window washing. I have 23 windows and a two-story house in South Salem. I also have a wife of over 59 years who has advanced dementia. I wanted clean windows for her to look out of. Ray gave us them. Great price too.

If I could give less stars I would. We had scheduled a window washing for Oct. 2nd. 9:30 AM. Perfect, having guests on the weekend, felt like everything was falling into place. This guy calls, talks to my husband on Oct. 1, says he cant make it. I start calling him a couple of times a day for the next 3 days, hoping that we can re-schedule, left messages, which were NEVER returned. Apparently, he doesnt want business, must be rich enough. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, must have had his friends write all of the positive reviews. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
