When my dentist retired several years ago, I was nervous about finding a new place to get my teeth worked on. My daughter worked for years at my former dentist office so it was like a family there for me. Dr. Neal at Dental Care of Canby is a fantastic dentist and his hygienists are great! The few fillings Ive gotten have been amazing.

I was fitted for an appliance to help with grinding teeth during sleep. Between Dr. Neal and his assistant Holly, they labored to get it to fit just right. As a result after my first nite with it, it fits well and Im happy with it. Previously I received an appliance with another dentist but it felt uncomfortable so I didnt use it. I will use the one from Dr. Neal because it feels good. I like Dr. Neal and his staff and trust them with my teeth.

I love Dr. Neal, my family has been going to him for years and will continue. He is thorough and cares about his patients and we always get a check up call after we’ve had work done. He’s very caring. Would always recommend Dr. Neal.

Abby, my hygienist, showed great care and concern for my well-being. I could not recommend this dentist and staff more highly. Just an all around wonderful place. They took such care with my questions and concerns and laid out a whole dental plan and focused on a long term relationship- which I loved. I cant recommend them enough- from front reception to Dr. Neal- they are all amazing.

Im very glad I found this dental office. I was a new patient last week and in that amount of time the staff has made a lasting impression. The day after I scheduled my first appointment Dr. Neal called me to introduce himself and to see if I had any questions which is so reassuring to know I have a dentist that actually cares. My hygienist is a Rockstar! my teeth feel clean and healthy which is a big confidence boost. There are no surprises when it comes to out of pocket expenses because they ask ahead of time. I still have some work to get done but I know I am in good hands and would gladly recommend this office to friends and family.

I’ve been going to Dr. Neal since they started the practice and find both he and his staff efficient, friendly, gentle and they take the time to listen to concerns and go over any issues with your oral health with you. A plus is they have gentle massage built in to their exam chairs!

From start to finish my appointment was great. I had no wait time and got right in to see the Hygienist. She explained everything with a non-biased approach. They made recommendations yet were not pushy. Dr. Neal actually listened to me as I explained my history. I felt very well cared for. And I love the dental membership plan. Great office! Dr Neal is very professional and gentle. The staff including the Dr are amazing they are very kind and welcoming, they make you feel at ease. They accommodate to all ages which is great for a family, the waiting room has a small area for kids to be entertained while waiting. I highly recommend this office.

My husband I have been patients of Dr. Alan Neal for about 2 years. Our experience has been exceptional! I did the Six Month Smiles Adult Braces and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my teeth! My husband has had his regular checkups/cleanings and recently had a crown done and the fit is perfect! We highly recommend Dr. Neal and his staff!

I was a patient of Dr. Neals many years ago when he was still in the Air Force. When I relocated to WA state, I was happy to be able to make the drive down to see him again. He did my original root canal and crown, which was perfect and ended the horrible pain I was in every time I drank something cold. Dr. Neal and his staff are top notch and have provided kind and gentle care every time I have visited!

My wife had a cap come off one of her teeth and of course it happened on a Friday. I looked across the street from my office and it just so happens Dr. Neal had stopped by his office on the way out of town for something. My wife rushed over to catch Dr. Neal as he was headed out and he spent the next 30-40 minutes fixing her tooth. We appreciate the fact that he took some time out from his family to help my wife and prevent her from having a miserable weekend. Our family has been going to Dr. Neal since he started practicing in town and we have always been happy with his care and honesty and the treatment we get from him and his staff is very caring and professional.
