Bought two Clicgear carts. In the warranty card it offered a 20% off my next online order when I register my product (see photo). Website would not honor the discount code when trying to buy two more carts (~$500!). They claimed that carts are excluded which did not match with the card or the email they sent me. Chatted with a person for 30 minutes who would not honor the discount. Good product - HORRIBLE Customer Service. Please go elsewhere for your push cart.

I love my Clicgear. I do regret spending extra money for the 4-wheeled version. I would recommend purchasing the 3-wheel Clicgear. My 4-wheeler has trouble unfolding. I have to use a lot of force to get it to unfold. Also, the bolt that holds the shaft and the body together fell off. I had to go to a hardware store and purchase a nut and bolt in order to continue using it.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the superb service rendered by Nick. He helped me with my golf cart where a part was a bit loose and personally took the time and trouble to do it. Thanks to him the problem was very quickly solved. Thanks again, Nick...Lionel Weisman, Lake Oswego
