Cody at Canby Enterprise was Stellar in helping me with my rental. The AC went out and he got me a replacement car within 30 minutes!

So James at this location saved me so much headache that I am going sign up a corporate account with him. I had reserved a car at different location and they had dropped the ball and I was about to walk away until I spoke to James. He went above and beyond to take care of and earn all my business.

Well theres nothing they can do because I already spoke to management and didnt accepted the paper DMV gave me as temporary license while I get the actual licence on the mail just because is showing expired they wouldnt verify with DMV. I actually did get the car as I needed it. After I got a call from James who left ne a message to see how my car is going and the car I got needs alignment. I did call back and I click to get to my local office and my call was routed to Tigard and the gentleman that answer was going to send a message to James who is very nice in the local office, bit I still havent heard from him...

Small little office with minimal staff. Can be difficult to get a hold of someone but they do what they can. We had to pick up a rig here due to an accident. They took care of everything and had a car ready when they said they would. Made the process simple. Return was easy as they have a drop box. We were able to just drop it off late at night when it was convenient for us.

Enterprise needs to be more consistent between branches and separate rentals. Usually I reserve standard size vehicles for work trips and I get a standard size or larger with a full tank of gas. This last trip this branch gave me an economy/compact vehicle with a 1/4 tank of gas when I reserved a standard vehicle and tried to sell me that it was a standard size car. Im a car enthusiast and know when Im getting fleeced. They shouldnt pull this B.S. on their regular customers. They need to get much better because at this point Im going elsewhere even though its inconvenient for me.

Kyle at the Canby OR Enterprise is top notch in customer service! I travel for my job and he has the make/model of the car I request clean and ready for me to go. Very professional, efficient and informed.When I call the Enterprise 1-800 number I am usually very disappointed in how difficult it is for them to figure out how to find my agency or my account to reserve a car. Extreme opposite to the personal service Kyle provides.

Second time I’ve ever had a rental, first with a dealership but enterprise went above and beyond. Kyle has amazing customer service I get completely comfortable and safe driving away in one of their vehicles. They accommodated me and my little one very well.

Wishing the prices were cheaper since I go there so often but great service

Ryland at Canby Enterprise is great , He represents himself well and does credit to his company. I appreciate the service he provides to my bodyshop customers . He is prompt & polite.The cars he delivers are clean and well maintaned. My expierence with Canby Enterprise is much more positive than the negative Salem/Keizer branch who I no longer call upon unless absolutely necessary.

Watch out they will charge you for damage you don’t do. CHECK THE UNDERCARRIAGE OF YOUR CARS!
