We have had Sate Farm for 18 plus years and was very happy with Gary Linton and all of his staff. They always went above and beyond for you and made you feel like to you mattered to them. Since it has sold, rates have gone up, and if you have questions the answer always is your CPU changed. Finally I called the claim department and they stated that nothing on our record would have affected our rates and that we should possibly look into another agent within State Farm that offers customer service. Since the office has switched hands, they have basically turned into an office that just collects payments. Mr. Linton created a good business based on customer service, unfortunately he sold to a group that doesnt even compare. High rates for no service.
