My worker is on top of her game she was very understanding of a situation I was in and helped me every way possible

It was a fast and quick visit they had what I needed and helped me out right away

As always very slow. After a couple of hours you were seen.

You dont really wanna go. But the people are nice. ESPECIALLY the young peoples employment service.

Very terrible staff went to go get help with food stamps and heap and they assumed my wife was living with me when she was not shes not on my hud yet so cant have her there I was in the middle of having her put on so the staff forced me to put her in my housing in the packet which is FRAUD and as I told them she doesnt live with me the social worker said well we know she is so if you dont put her in the packet you are getting fraud when as I said she definitely wasnt living with me yet. Very terrible social workers and very rude.

My TA worker was the worse and most difficult worker ive ever had. Very uncaring and acts like your asking her for the money out of her pocket. Does not care if you have children to provide for or not and if you are disabled and cant work she still acts like you are just taking from her and she will give it to you when she feel a like it

Very rude and dont help ppl they sit on their butts and dont do anything

The DMV office the employees are great to work with they try there best to make it easy and fix any problems

I was there for a good reason, but the crimminals get their probation here.

Might be better than monroe cty offices but dont expect calls back to be consistently on time or anything like that.Desk people are nice and a couple of the counselors are too, but, some of them have pretty hardcore conservative views & bad ocd.Youll be asked the same questions over and over and over again like theyre parents trying to catch a child in a lie.Oh... and if you dont have a voicemail set up then theyll act like giving you an appt reminder is a huge hassle.And if youre on state insurance expect to hear lots of updates on how many visits they think it should take to improve your life (even if all they do for you is talk & listen) whilst looking for any reason to drop you from their services as quickly as they can.

Helpful staff, great programs, fun loving atmosphere

No sense of wat they are doing... Ive sat there for hours off end n watched them deny families that were completely homeless... They are jus corrupt altogether

Wish they help more, bias. Old run down building smells like cigarettes. Everybody is cranky, eager to leave and go home I suppose.

I have never had a good experience at this facility. Ive gotten incorrect information more times than I can count!

RUDE PEOPLE, STAFF COMPLETELY IGNORES THE RUDE CLIENTS THERE WHILE OTHERS ARE WAITING TO SEE SOMEONE OR SPEAK TO SOMEONE, THE WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE
