We used them for our wedding. They were supper responsive to all my emails and flexible with all the changes we kept having to make. The tent had some holes and leaked when it rained. The rest of the items we rented were in good condition. The team setting up was professional and did a nice job. They would not put the sides on the tent which would have been nice since we had a TON of other things to set up so could not do 5 stars. The price was reasonable. Would recommend to others.

I will be forever grateful to Colleen and all those at Tailored Events for their professional service during our recent (and unexpected) at home wedding. I consider myself very fortunate to have chosen this company to accommodate all our rental needs for this event. We rented the tent, tables, linens, tableware and glassware. First, Colleen is attentive, knowledgeable regarding all the details, and very friendly. I called multiple times regarding additions to what I realized I needed and her patience with my changes was beyond what I would have expected. It is difficult to plan a wedding at your home, and finding the best service providers is key. Tailored Events was absolutely the best rental provider I could have hoped for. Additionally, the two men who set up the tent were so nice. I am very grateful for Colleens advice and guidance. The tent and tables all became a very pretty atmosphere and we are not at all disappointed that this wedding, despite all the changes from the original plan, turned into a backyard event. Much of that end result is due to Tailored Events.

Great customer service and Colleen was pleasant and easy to work with. She was always responsive both via email and phone. They are a bit cheaper than other rental companies, so given that scenario, the rentals (tent and dance floor) are obviously used. Flatware, glasses, and dinnerware were top notch.

I was the wedding planner for a wedding where Tailored Events was providing the tent rental. On the morning of the wedding, the owner of the company changed the plan of where the tent would be placed, disregarding the couples wishes. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the venue owner. The tent that was provided was dirty and ill-kept. This is definitely not a company that I would recommend for providing reliable, quality, client-centered service.

Take this with a gain of salt. This company was responsive to my calls and e-mails and did give me a 5% military discount. However when the dance floor arrived, the condition it was in was terrible. Waterlogged, discolored and parts fall off when you dance on it. (It was on decently level grass). This was the eye sore of a wedding. When I called to see if they would re-deliver their response was You got the better of the two we have...... as if that was suppose to make me feel better... I posted pictures of their two dance-floors. This is what $303 will get you from them. I gave them numerous chances to make it right but they declined. They do not appear to own dance floors worthy enough to rent. Their next defense was that well we only charge 1/4 our competitors, also not true, their prices are about industry standard and quotes I received were all in the $280-$350 range for the same dance floor. I guess there is a reason they also do not show pictures of these on their webpages, no one would rent them. (Pictures to follow) UPDATE: 9/25/19 They finally e-mailed me back after I told them I would like to work out a partial refund and they replied they will no longer consider a refund because I posted on Google. This has been 18 days since the date of service and they did not bother to respond until I posted a review.

I had Tailored Events for my outdoor lake wedding. The manager was very helpful every time I called and very quick to respond to my messages in email. They were very flexible with me after losing my venue 10 days before my wedding the accommodated me and helped make sure I had the tents that I needed for the space I had. I would recommend them to any bride looking for a good rental company.

The dance floor was delivered on time and they even picked it up when it needed to be gone. They were for whatever reason not willing to work with our venue and would only work directly with us. Dance floor looked nice and held up to 150 people.

I would highly recommend Tailored Events for any occassion. WE used them for my sons graduation and have no complaints. On time and friendly group. REASONABLY priced. Look no further. WE were completely satisfied.They are not just for graduation parties....check out weddings. :)

Very easy to work with. We rented china, silverware, glassware, and napkins for a wedding. Everything was just as expected. We even added a pipe and drape at the last minute without issue! The only worry was delivery was later than we were told (without a phone call) and with the ceremony and reception at the same venue, there was concern of it happening in the middle of rehearsal. And there was no communication about a pick up time for the next day. Although, all worked out just fine. I will absolutely rent from them again.

We rented a 20x20 tent for a family party. The equipment was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were very cooperative and friendly. I highly recommend Tailored Events.

In 2012 they did my wedding and I was impressed. It was short notice and they pulled it off smoothly.

This company seem really good online and seem to have a good deal. But the day of Delievery came and they didnt call with a delievery time, and they were late. And top it off when they went to drop them off, the driver complain and threatened to charge us extra just to deliver right to the spot. They were disrespectful and rude, and this was the owner who delivered to us. They moaned and complained about everything, cars in the way of the delivery truck, walking down a hill to our site to deliver. So I would not recommend them to anyone.And I wouldnt even give them a star.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I had several hiccups @ our wedding including incorrect power specs (given to me from their office staff) and late delivery and setup. When I tried to settle this with them after the fact the owner was extremely disrespectful and disinterested...Almost like he had my money and didnt care. Tried for two weeks to get into contact with him to resolve issue but was ignored! Do not use. There are far better companies in the area! If I could give a zero star I would!
