The entire staff is fantastic. Weve been there twice and will need to go back and both times everyone was pleasant and friendly. On the phone both Sara and Kelly were very nice and friendly.Great Drs..Dr. Haines was very helpful and great in explaining the different hearing aids,answered all my husbands questions.Probably the friendliest Drs.office weve ever been to.Would highly recommend this office.

My husband has profound hearing loss. Over many years, Paige and her team have helped him to hear the best he can. I highly recommend. I am 61 and this is only the third doctor in my life that I have given 5 stars.

I recently purchased hearing aids. The whole staff was very accommodating! Paige, Sarah and receptionist helped me through the process.Dr. Helfer was very patient in fixing a problem, I knew she would not give up trying until it was resolved. All good now, wonderful place.

I dont regularly do ratings but I highly recommend Lakeside Audiology and Hearing. I knew my hearing was a big issue. However, the whole process of doing a hearing test and perhaps getting hearing aids seemed scary. Dr. Paige put the whole thing to ease. The care I received was exceptional and I feel I should have come to Lakeside Audiology sooner. I had my hearing aids for almost a year now and they are amazing. I can hear with a clarity that I have not been able to for years. The technology is way beyond what I thought it was. My husband and I went to Lakeside Audiology and Hearing Solutions at the Batavia, NY location. Dr. Helfer and her staff are awesome! My husband had procratinated about getting a hearing test and hearing aides for years. Dr. Helfer was professional, yet personal during the hearing test and hearing aid process. She made him feel comfortable and explained things very well to us. He loves his new hearing aides and Im THRILLED that he can hear again!! I recommend this office to anyone with hearing difficulties.

Sara and Dr. Paige were excellent. Had put off addressing my hearing issues for years, wish I’d gone to them much sooner!I highly recommend them to all with hearing problems. They make treatment solutions affordable and have terrific hearing aids to choose from.

Brought my cousin into your office two weeks ago for severe hearing impairment. A large amount of wax was removed from both ears, a hearing test performed, and he was ultimately fitted for new Phonex hearing aids.I cant say enough about the excellent way my cousin was treated and the professional way he was handled and his issue addressed. All staff was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was having such an extreme problem and in a short period of time he had a completely different outlook on life. I have been a patient with Lakeside Audiology and Hearing Solutions for about ten years. The care I get from Dr. Jay Yates, Dr. Paige Helfer and Sara has been exemplary. Dr. Helfer recently suggested that I try the new Phonak Remote hearing aids and I could not be happier. The Bluetooth for both my phone and television connect into these devices. I can easily adjust the volume for each ear right from my phone. I thought I was fine with the pair I have been wearing for years, but the quality of these hearing aids is a noticeable and welcomed improvement. I am on a 45-day trial, but there is no way I will go back to what I had in comparison to these Phonak Remote aids. Highly recommend.
