We were very happy with Isaacs installation of a new high efficiency boiler. They were great from the first call to the end of the installation. The installation technicians were very professional and respectful of our home. The boiler unit was much different than our old one. The re-piping and fitting they did for the new boiler was really well done. Im very impressed with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Isaac for upgrading your heating system.

Dropped calls, multiple people to explain my urgency, then told couldnt help me until end of week. Doesnt help when you have no heat and its 59 degrees in your entire house and 35 degrees outside. :(Used my original 1st called plumber/heating business and got heat fixed next morning. Sticking with them forever, better service and results.

We had no experience with them. Our air conditioning has not been working, and they cant come for 5 weeks. AND WE ARE GOLD CLUB MEMBERS ( although just for furnace and water heater). But you would think that should attach SOME courtesy.

Our old gas hot water heater overheated in the middle of Sunday night. We called Isaac the next morning. We got a visit from an assessor the same day we called and the new electric hot water heater was installed two days later. The assessor explained what would need to be done, possible problems that might crop up and suggested solutions. He quoted us a price we could live with. The installer went over what he was doing and what we could expect out of the unit in full detail, answered all questions and cleaned up the work area perfectly. Everyone from Isaac was sympathetic and helpful and made a difficult time easier because we knew we were in good hands!

Super Reliable & Honest Company!Weve been using Issac for a little over a year now and only have positive things to say! Weve used them for routine maintenance & cleaning as well as air conditioner repairs. Our air conditioner died over the Summer during a heat wave & we thought for sure we would have to wait a few days until we could get someone over, but they came over the same night! We were blown away at the service we received! Weve had several different techs come over and they have all been highly trained, polite & very respectful! The best part is they have always been on time for every appointment! Weve even had them call to let us know they had an earlier appointment and wondered if it was okay to come over early! Cant recommend them enough! We will never use anyone else for our heating & air conditioning needs!

Have been unable to contact any Issac location from 5pm til present today. (Over 2 hours, then stopped) No recording to explain what to do if you have an emergency. I understand things are different in these times, but there should be some way to contact someone in an emergency.

I would absolutely recommend Isaac to anyone. When I first began the process of hiring someone I was nervous about who to hire. I definitely made the right choice. Tom did an amazing job servicing the furnace and fixing multiple issues. When I have had trouble with the system Tom and the customer service team have been great. Tom did great in explaining everything he was doing as well as showing it to me in a way I could understand.

Equally important, he was willing to listen to my comments about what I felt was specific to our house and situation. We were scheduled for an estimate visit for 5:30 PM today; by 6:35 PM Issac rep did not arrive. Called Issac and was told rep was double booked and we got the short end of the stick. In fairness. Issac did offer to send rep over to our home by 7:00 PM. We opted out. If there was double booking why did no one have the courtesy to call us and reschedule ? Double booked ? Is the Issac organization that disorganized. First impressions mean a lot. What if this were an urgent need ? Person on phone was apologetic and professional. But the Issac booking system and communication with customers show a lot to be fixed. And they will never fix anything we own. We will call a competitor tomorrow. If you had a positive experience, we envy you, as for us we have seen enough. We will never forget this inconsiderateness and word of mouth travels fast. Very fast.

Buyer Be Ware.... Bait and switch AlertI met with an Isaac sales representative who was really nice and decided to go with Isaac. They got the approval for NYS loan. After getting the install I needed to have an energy audit which was not that that long to determine I needed more insulation, air sealing and glass block windows. They stated it would all fit into my loan, so I agreed to go forward as long as it was included into the loan. Months after I get a call stating it all did not fit into the loan due to a mistake on Isaacs fault. The are now demanding I pay back $1,250. If it was not my fault then why must I pay.I feel like a bait-and-switch happened to me.After explaining to then what happened they offered me a one time payment or they can finance it in house. That great but it is still not my fault.

Not happy at all to be charged $175 for a transformer that sells at Lowe’s for $35. And honestly not even sure that this is the problem. Humidifier installed by Isaac has been leaking water into the furnace. This is the 3rd time the furnace shut down due to water from the humidifier. 500% mark up for parts is disgusting!!!

Chris is great. He makes you feel like you know what you are talking about and then diagnoses based on your comments. He is very knowledgeable about all the workings at Isaac and can direct you to the right person (department) to answer your questions. Love it when Chris is our technicians.

We had a small problem after a furnace cleaning/inspection a couple weeks ago. After > 5 years of using Isaac for several appliances, this is the only issue we have had, and it was a mistake anyone could make. Isaac made it right by dispatching a technician immediately, who quickly resolved the problem despite having to work in tight quarters.Isaac has always done an excellent job for us. All their technicians have been well trained, thorough, friendly, and willing to explain what they are doing. I regularly recommend Isaac to friends.

I called Isaac about a vibration issue which produced a metal clanking sound when my oil fired furnace ran and was fortunate to have Walter come to troubleshoot the problem. He quickly identified the cause of the vibration and came up with an out-of-the-box solution which eliminated the noise. Once again, I highly recommend Walter and Isaac.

“When you need us, we’ll be there”….you need to change your tagline.Today July 19, the hottest day of the year, our A/C quit on a fairly new Lenox unit (Sept 2017) that was part of a new furnace, hot water tank, and duct work job – a large expense overall ($12k). So, really just partway through second summer of use.Called local ISAAC service that did install and was told earliest they can come is mid-August! Our 1 yr maintenance ran out and did not sign up for expensive contracted annual service which would not have caught this anyways. Told them they did install and told sorry we treat you like a cash customer……..Supposed to have a Lifetime Workmanship warranty?Called a local veteran-owned servicer who came out this afternoon and repaired. Guess what? Refrigerant was overloaded (2 lbs!) from initial install and there is a safety mechanism to keep from permanently damaging compressor which probably has been damaged to a degree since system was way overloaded. Obviously they did not dial in / balance the right amount but loaded it up incorrectly.Oversold, under-serviced, do not recommend doing business with this firm. ISAACHEATING.com is more like ISAA-CHEATING.com……

Andrew T called at 5:30 on 10-8-2018 to share the breakdown of our bill (that we never received): $154 for one thermopile part, $180 for labor (1 hour)), $58 for one year warranty on parts and labor, and $120 (arrive and diagnose). The charge for the warranty for one year was never disclosed by Derek (the tech). Normal business practice is to offer a choice for such a cost and since most reputable businesses offer a one year warranty - we would not have given permission for that charge. Derek (tech) did not reveal the cost of the part either (Andrew shared was a 100% markup). We found that we could buy the thermopile part on Amazon for $8. Cricket on the Hearth and Fireplace Fashions quoted $65-70 for the thermopile part. Cost of labor was not explained ($180. per hour) by Derek. Moreover, he sat in his truck for 10 minutes upon arrival, was in the house for 35 minutes; then, sat in our driveway for another 20 minutes (all to accommodate his GPS- we find out later during our conversation with Andrew T). So, in sum we were charged $120 for Isaac to arrive and diagnose (estimated by Andrew at 15 to 20 minutes); $180 for Derek to sit in his truck for 30 minutes and change a part for 30 minutes, $58. for a bogus warranty, and $154 for a thermopile part that cost them $8. No receipt give upon completion of work (even though asked for) and no description of charges. Email and hard copy receipt requested and none received. The credit card company agreed with our complaint.

Derek M performed my 6 month furnice cleaning and air condition routine service and this was the second time he serviced my equipment and he arrived on time after calling me by phone to let me know he would arrive at my home in a few minuits for this scheduled service. Derik is very professional and interactive verbally and informative with any questions I ask and remains respectful and courtious the entire time he is at my home, I highly recomend Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning company for instalation and maintaning of home comfort equipment after 20+ years and have never had other than high quality service.VH
