So if you have ever been through a probate it is not fun and can take forever. Well when the time came to get the house ready for sale Noriel was right there ready to get it done. He knew people to get what was needed to get the house in shape for sale even with pandemic going on. Very easy to work with and would listen to any concern I had or problems.
