Shout out to Dominic for being the WORST employee to have ever helped me at this location. My iPhone 11 Pro Max decided not to turn on one morning so I went to this location and Dominic assisted me in getting a new phone. Everything was fine and dandy until the new bill came. This dude not only changed our plan to a higher one without my knowledge but also added a line, added SEVEN add on features and signed us up for additional protections all with zero authorization from me. So now our normal $192 phone bill is now $308. Absolutely ridiculous!!

When youre making a purchase theyre super nice but then when you come in for anything they just tell you to call a phone #. Once your sale is complete they are also done with you. I purchased the a screen protector she said i can come in and get it replaced anytime and they would do it for me no charge i went in today and they didnt have a screen protector and then she tried to charge me for it. She didnt care just said sorry that youre confused Ill cancel the screen protector. I emailed the district manager about the behaviors and I still have not gotten a response. Do yourself a favor and dont come here

Went in this morning (4th of July) to buy a phone because my phone crashed yesterday and I wanted to replace it quickly. Store was nice and clean, but the rep working was incredibly slow. I understand the frustration of working on holidays as I worked in retail for many years and had to do the same, but it seemed like she didnt really want to help us.She was helping someone when we entered (10:40) and was already in the process of ringing him up. There was one other customer ahead of us. While we waited, 3 or 4 more customers entered. Not one of us were greeted and we all stood awkwardly.By the time we left, it was 11:15 and she was still working with the first customer, slowly cleaning his phone screen. He even awkwardly looked around at everyone like he was sorry.I realize that these things can take time, but this seemed deliberate. I was totally ready to purchase a new phone too. Very disappointing.Also, Google listed the opening time as 11 and had it been correct, I would have been there at 10 when it actually opened...

Adam and Dominic were a tremendous pleasure to work with. This store closes at 7pm and we showed up at 6:40p in attempt to add a line using a Verizon promotion for 2 iPhones. We figured we would get turned away until the next day however they both welcomed us in the store and they we’re not worried about how long it would take to get us set up. Both of them took their time with us and did not attempt to rush us through the process of getting set up. It is service like this that really stands out to me and they deserve every bit of 5 stars. Much appreciated and I am happy to be a new Verizon customer!

Great experience!!!I went to Verizon-Campbell to upgrade my non-smart phone for a smart-one. The store is well located and it is easy to get there. It looks small from outside, but inside it has everything and it is very organized. Customer service is A+. I was helped by a friendly employee named Eric. He helped me in a professional, friendly, and easy way to find the right smart phone. He compared and explained me the three different brands which I was interested in. Over all, I recommend 100% this Verizon store to everyone because of the professional service they provide to customers.

The manager accesses your phone and writes her own reviews while transferring your information!! I handed over my old phone to get my contacts transferred. After I left the store, google emailed me to thank me for writing my first review. I didn’t write a review! I found there was a 5-star review in my name in broken English talking about how great Rasha was. If you look through the reviews from others they’re filled with similar language, “Rasha give the best deal ever,” “Rasha the best.” I called Verizon and complained long ago after taking down my fake review. They have clearly done nothing because all of these same reviews are still up. Notice how many of the reviews are from people who have never written reviews beforeor only written one or two. It is so disturbing and unclear if she is looking at other private information while transferring contacts.

If you want excellent customer service for a phone dont look any further. I was from a company that did not care and screws me over and over. I noticed that they have great communication with the manager David who is also a fantastic addition the the company. I would give them a 6-star rating but unfortunately Im limited to 5. This is the worst cell phone retailer I have ever dealt with. There have been issues with our phones since day 1. How do you go from 3 phones and an iPad, to 11 different phone numbers on the same account. Then we paid for insurance, but the insurance was removed without our consent. Do when something happened to my sons phone we had to run around like a chicken with our head cut off to prove that we were supposed to have insurance. They should have been paying us to do their job. It really surprised me that they actually refused to do it.
