Our hot tub of 20 years finally bit the dust and we had to buy a new one these guys are pretty good cant complain except delivery 6 months thats sort of sad

I called to see if the showroom was open during COVID or if I needed an appointment and the lady on the phone asked me where I lived. I told her near Fremont and she said Creative Energy in Concord was closer, which it isn’t. Why would a business send you elsewhere, no matter where you are coming from. If I am willing to drive then that’s on me and they shouldn’t have sent me away. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had an appointment at 11 am to look at hot tubs. Arrived on time and the clerk was on the phone. She didn’t make eye contact or signal to us she would be right with us. After looking at all the hot tubs available and still not having an acknowledgment, we decided the customer service was not something we wanted while spending approximately $10,000.

Matt came out to my house extremely fast! He was super responsive and forthcoming about what he was going to do. He was able to do the inspection while I was at work (HUGE for me). He called me and told what was going on. It really showed how much he knew about my tub and the issues I had. He was not pushy at all and just wanted to get me back into my tub with options I got to choose. The work done was excellent and this was the most painless service I have ever used when it comes to hot tubs and repairs. Kudos to Matt for being an awesome dude!

Looking for a place to buy an inground hot tub and was keen to try this place but the many bad reviews are off putting. Sounds like they need a complete staff change from receptionist to salespeople!

These guys are just awesome. Ive been coming in here for years and I always see the same faces. I moved into a house that had a hot tub and I had no idea how to take care of it. I came in here to buy some stuff and get some advice and they gave me a full blown hot tub education! It actually turned out to be really easy to take care of my tub and I just absolutely love it. I sleep so much better when I use it every day! Get a hot tub and buy it from these guys! They are great!

Highly recommend Hot Springs Spas in San Jose. I began researching putting in a hot tub at our home from a few sources, and from the moment I reached out to them, their customer service was wonderful. I was rather new to the search, and only roughly new what I wanted. Jennifer and Ryan were great resources, and I never felt I was being sold on anything. They worked within our budget, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.We have had our spa for about a month, and I reached back out with a question on cleaning and maintenance. Without skipping a beat, Ryan reached out and helped me through the process. The spa itself is wonderful, and has been great.

Normally people write reviews when they have a complaint. I have no complaint. I have had my spa for 3 years. Hot Springs is an excellent, high quality spa. The San Jose folks are easy to work with. No doubt you can probably get away with something cheaper, but if you are looking for something high quality and durable, this is an excellent choice.

Just wanted to do a quick review because I just had my 12 year old hot spring serviced for the first time and we use this thing every single day! 12 years old and this is the first thing that has gone wrong. They fixed it in a single visit too. I have to say, Im pretty impressed. Thanks guys! Love my hot tub!

We just replaced our old Coleman hot tub with a new Prodigy and we couldnt be happier! We always enjoyed having a hot tub but we didnt realize how awesome a hot tub could be! These jets are soooooo much better. Its way easier to take care of than the old one and the PG&E went down considerably as well. This store was great too. It was the first hot tub store I went to where I didnt feel like they were trying to pull something over on me. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I played coy at first like I didnt know what hot tubs were about but it was clear that Ryan knew his stuff. A+++ experience so far. PS- dont waste your time with the shows at the fairgrounds. What a poop show...

They moved! Bigger place. They now have auto shipping of cartridges so maybe I wont be back?

In terms of customer service, this is a rare business that will call you right back and answer any questions you might have clearly and honestly. They have been out to service our spa a few times as well and were very professional.

The folks at Hot Springs Spas are always friendly, helpful and responsive. Im very glad I bought my spa here, and continue to visit the store for all necessary supplies/advice.
