After rear-end accident my bumper needs to be replaced. Geico recommended this service as one-stop service. I decided to try and Im completely happy with it. Repairs estimate was ready and approved next day, I received call from Troy with detailed explanation what and why should be replaced and estimate when job will be done. Today I received a message that my car should be clean and ready tomorrow but later I received a call that I can get my car today evening. Repairs are well done, I cant notice paint difference or any sign that car was in accident. Thank you :)

Joel at Fix Auto was great. He handled everything professionally and kept me informed the entire time. My car was repaired as promised, and was immaculate when I picked it up. All paperwork was handled directly between Fix and my insurance company. All I had to do was drop off and pick up. Regretfully, I’ve had 2 repairs I’ve needed done in 2020, but Fix handled both of them and was great both times. I highly recommend Fix Auto for all repairs.

I had some self inflicted damage to my vehicle, so no insurance coverage. Other shops quoted me for replacement parts which cost a fortune. These guys provided me much more affordable repair options using the existing body parts. I went that route and they did a terrific job. Really impressed. Even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint that they had left over. I highly recommend these guys. A real pleasure to work with!

After being hit, my head was spinning with dealing with insurance and other headaches. Fix Auto was my saving grace. They kept me in the loop at every step and fixed my car quickly and perfectly. When I picked up my car, they had also polished out a paint mark that was not part of the quote and vacuumed everything. If I have to, this is where I will go everytime.

Very professional auto repair body shop.

Was referred here by my insurance company after I was involved in a minor accident. While I had high hopes and had good faith in the company based on the recommendation from farmers and their lifetime warranty for their repairs. The front desk staff was absolutely awesome, they were always nice and professional, kept me in the loop for how the repairs were going and all that. However, this is the only nice thing I have to say about this company. First time I came to pick up my car, the hood closed but it wasnt straight or flush. Three of the workers pushed it until it was even after I pointed it out, solving the problem, but if I wouldnt have pointed it out, nothing wouldve been done- lack of inspecting. Secondly, the company lacks communication. I spoke to Darryl who told me he was a supervisor, about how I wanted to finish the repairs on the hood of the car (clear bra). First time I brought it in, they forgot my appointment. Second time, they completed the repairs, but only partially (partial hood not full). I spoke to Keiko, who is a manager about the problem with the hood repair. He said nobody told him and that it was my fault for not running it through by him. I tried contacting him through phone but he was ignoring me and never called back. When I went to the shop to speak to him directly, he said he never got the calls but he was trying to call me. He also said that my insurance company should be making sure the repairs are done properly. Now if I want to the full hood, I need to stomach the price for removal of the bra and paying for the complete hood, not just a part of it. Bottom line, this is not a company I would want to deal with ever again. If you have a choice of where you are getting your repairs done, I suggest you do them elsewhere.

Went here after someone had backed into my truck, people at the front desk were very helpful and assuring. When I got my truck back it looked great! If the insurance company gives you the option, choose Shiros!

Friendly and professional staff did a great job on the body work and paint - cant tell which panels they worked on unless you know what the accident damage was. Props!
