I visited this establishment for the first time 11/24/2020 for both a manicure and pedicure. The two staff members were nice and the price for both mani-pedi is great. However the quality of the polish was very unacceptable. By the morning of 11/25/2020, the polish chipped/peeled on every fingernail of both hands. I returned to have it done over and was told by Randy that it will just come off again. On 11/26/2020 the polish began to chip from my toenails and peeled from my fingernails again. It would be best if they would invest in better nail polish because not every customer, like myself, does not like gel polish. I would like to continue to visit them, but not if I’m not getting my money’s worth.

I really like this place. The guy there always does my eye brows and is really funny and nice to his customers. I only go here and I know they will take care of me and make sure I look beautiful when I leave. This is a great spot to visit.

My Favorite Place To Go...Their Very Nice.

I went to get my nails done on last Saturday with gel. The gel polish peeled off in 2 days. The man redid 2 on the 4th day and one of the 2 he did peeled off. The place is not clean or sanitary. He is Asian and calls the clients Boo. Seems stereotypical. Not professional. Please do not waste your money on this place.

Came in and 2 people are set down for service and no one was waiting. Five minutes later this woman comes in and breezes past us and SEATS HERSELF DOWN for service. No one says anything to us. If she had an appt. then say that. But, nothing, not a word. So I seated myself too. Of course, they attend to her first and stare at us like aliens. Ridiculousness!Poor communication, customer service. Only Randy and 1 other person working. At least he wasnt by himself this time. Gonna have to give this spot up.

Horrible experience. The lady left me for another customer and didnt even say excuse me or apologize for leaving me. She also didnt color the edges of all of my nails when it was a gel mani. In addition, the thin/short guy that took her place to do the top coat did such a lazy job where he covered just the center of my nails and got it all over my skin! Every time I showered, the polish would come off from my skin and literally chip through the middle of my nails just after two days! It looked so bad that I had to remove the polish myself after the third day of getting it done. What a waste of money.
