Teresa was very helpful and pleasant to my wife and I when we needed to rent 2 units for our move out of state. She went the extra mile for us at every step and handled our billing over the phone after we moved. A very very valued employee!

Had trouble with log in for account but the truck was ready and clean, full of gas and it took longer than I anticipated to get the key authorization from the website, all in all it worked pretty well
