Lets start by saying that the store is clean. That is about the only positive remark I have. The staff is very condescending and seems to assume I couldnt possibly know what Im talking about. I work for a tech giant and have an extensive history in the cell phone industry, yet they give me faulty resolutions and have a bad attitude at my skepticism. I wont delve into the issue, but their lack of knowledge, attitude of superiority and lack of professionalism make this a store to stay completely away from! My issue required a new account profile, had they bothered to investigate it properly. DO NOT visit this authorized retailer if you need a proper fix; you will waste your precious time. Go to a corporate Verizon.

Had a good experience here buying a new LG Velvet was hardly any hassle and staff was very helpful, Especially an employee named Elisabeth who was very helpful gave great customer service.

Beau did an excellent job to take care of getting me into a new phone.It took much longer than expected, however he just kept at it until it was working.Much appreciated.

Dave, ‘D.J.,’ was absolutely great! His advice was very welcome, and his knowledge on I-phones and accessories was superb! I stopped in 2 days later to get clarification on filling out the warranty forms. Despite being very busy and at the end of his work-shift, he confirmed the information I needed. Will not be back or doing business with this location again. I came in at 7:30 this evening , the gal behind the counter told me sorry we are closed I said its not 8pm (which you advertise you are open till) there were 2 people at the counter she was helping, I explained all I wanted to purchase was a phone case and I would be quick she proceeded to tell me something about her computer was shutting down and she needed to cash out after helping these two ?????? It would have been a simple transaction. The worst part was after grabbing some items at Safeway then driving past the store at 8pm she was still at the counter with the same 2 customers. I get if it was slow and NO ONE was in the store , but come on 2 people were being helped. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Excellent very helpful service. Especiallygood when three employees are working, so customers arent waiting long. Highly recommend this Verizon store.

The Cameron Park Verizon is great. If they dont have a product they will reach out and find it locally. Travis was very helpful in setting up our four phones during the power outage.

Travis helped me get my new iPhone XR today, he said off the bat he was in his first month of working at Verizon so I packed my patience. Turns out that I didn’t really need to ! He was kind and helpful and made sure that everything was explained to me and set up right. He had some help from manager DJ when he had questions. aside from one hiccup (that he resolved quickly) it went so well. I was in a time crunch to catch a flight, and both Travis and DJ were excellent in pushing through and I made my flight. Definitely recommend. Matthew also helped my family members yesterday. Thanks!!

If I could give them no stars I would. Do not do business with Verizon victra stores their employees are crazy and they will verbally assault you and threaten you with bodily harm.

Sell products but wont help you when there is a defect. Made me call another Verizon number only for that number to talk me through a factory reset. Not happy

This Verizon location helped me get a replacement phone when my phone was literally falling apart. Not only that but I got the new phone in a matter of 2 business days!!

Went in to get some help with my phone, was told they werent a corporate store so I had to pay for the assistance or drive to Placervile instead if I wanted the help for free.
