I never write reviews, but I feel the need to write this one. Maria is an incredible person, extremely kind, and very helpful. I had an urgent shipping need and she helped me figure out how to get my item to it’s destination when it needed to get there. Possibly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, And I’d just like to thank Maria for her help.

I went in this week and and made lots of copies. Natalie was the first to greet me and help me out! Extremely kind and great customer service! Definitely coming here again.

8/25 0915. Very busy business; sales clerk efficient, totally professional, knowledgeable. I did not find a time frame on their website for getting fingerprints done by live scan. I took time off work, drove 20 minutes and then found out that I was 45 minutes too early. I was told I should have called. OK! The company might consider identifying services on their website that are outliers and are not provided within the timeframe of open and close.

Love this store! The staff are friendly and professional, and the manager, Maria does a GREAT job. It’s easy to do business here.

Great and swift service. Employees are resourceful and don’t give you an attitude like other places. The manager is supportive to her employees as it shows in her experience and service.

I needed to have my fingerprints live scanned and Sara was so helpful. She made the process quick and easy. I can’t imagine how long this would have taken me at the Sheriff’s office.

I came in today for a simple copy service and I was immediately asked how I was and what I could be helped with! The associates name is Catherine and she is surely a positive person to have up front for this face to face business, I was also complimented on my colorful red hair by another associate I forgot to get her name but she was up front too. I was traveling through town on my way to Lake Tahoe. I had a last minute need to sign and send some documents back home quickly. Tiffany was awesome in helping me figure out the best and fastest way to get my documents where they needed to go as quick as possible. Happy to say that they got there in time.

The driver said they attempted to deliver package but there was no knocknor did i see him on ring doorbell. Complete lie. I paid for 3 dayshipping and called about it they told me 3 different times by 3 differentpeople that they would have him turn around. This has been my mailbox since Ive moved from our house to our family compound and went through a remodel of the granny flat. They have been kind, considerate, prompt, helpful, and always willing to help carry things out. They also have been on it since this covid-19 thing has happened and dealing with all that at the same time of trying to deliver customer service...they get a gold star for that! Brought a large prepaid 50lb package with bar code shipping label in the email. UPS site, said just show it to store rep and thats it. No, they said I need to print the bar code, and that it would cost me $4(!!) to print it on their HP printer!! What a rip off!!Refused, had to haul 50lb package back to the car to print the bar code at home. An absolutely terrible service empowered by enforced customer loosing procedures in place. The business owner should be ashamed.

I brought in a return from Amazon which was a no box or label needed return and they told me I needed a box due to it being multiple items. Now I understand the need for a box, why does the customer have to do the work when I was following directions. Doesnt the UPS store have boxes?!

This place wanted to charge me $4.45 for a sheet of copy paper. with people losing their homes their jobs in their businesses not able to feed their children theyre charging $4.45 for a sheet of copy paper. You want to talk about price gouging. UPS FedEx in all other mailing institutions are making 40 to 50% over what they would usually make this year because of thisglobal pandemic. So what does UPS do they raise their prices that is called price gouging! What makes it worse is a mandatory service what makes this worse

Ive been a customer at the Cameron Park UPS store for 7 or more years and have had nothing but courteous and friendly service.

Employee named Eden provided above and beyond customer service to help me mail my absentee ballot. I walked in confused and worried: the ballot instructions were confusing about what address to mail the ballot to, depending on what service was used, and I was worried that my ballot wouldnt reach the destination in time to be counted.Eden took the time to read the confusing ballot instructions to help verify where to mail the ballot, and she recommended the most cost-effective way for me to ship it so it would arrive in time. Ill always remember her fantastic customer service and expertise in my time of need. Thanks!

Ive been here several times and usually the staff here is friendly. I came in to have something printed today and the girl who helped me must have been new because she needed to ask for help about 3 times and seemed very confused, she kept muttering something I couldnt hear and would just walk off.... It made the visit more awkward especially due to the fact I was waiting there for roughly 15 minutes. After another employee finally helped her print one piece of paper, they tried to charge me $3.13... to print a half sheet of paper.... wow! Every other location Ive been to charges eleven cents.... I will not be returning to this location.

Weve been customers here for 6 years, have occasionally had slow service during busy seasons, and really no other complaints. Until tonight - which was deeply disturbing. A disabled woman pulled up at 4:57 pm with a stack of 4 packages. As she asked for the help of two bystanders to carry her packages in, the employee came outside, locked the door and refused to let her in. All this occurred between 4:57-4:58 pm BEFORE the stated closing time of 5:00 pm. I watched from my car (clock in dashboard) as my husband was inside taking care of our package. Unbelievable. The woman was cutting it close, yes, but she did make it prior to the stated time of closing. The employee who came out to lock the door even looked at her as the gentleman helped her with her packages! She clearly knew the womans intent was to come in the store, but she had no compassion or consideration for her and locked the door prior to 5:00 pm. Terrible..

I am a regular patron of this UPS store and recently I mistakenly dropped off a FedEx envelope, which they dont process. As it turns out, this particular package contained information for the renewal of my passport. Without the diligent assistance of Lorna, I would have not even known where to begin to find my missing package. She pointed me in the right direction and thankfully, it was retrieved! I highly recommend this store for all of your shipping needs!

I felt like I was in the 70s, no use of the system to find all my business contacts,they made me fill put a carbon copy receipt to ship my pachage.no thanks rather drive to edh or placerville.this store it out of touch. So they arent winning my confidence .This owner should sell and firm his stack of carbon copy receipts.I really enjoy modern technology, and have to say no one should support this old outdated business model .

Fantastic guest service. The girl that was working (I forget to get her name, unfortunately) was very kind to my son and even gave him a toy. My package was processed very quickly.

My wife and I have been customers of the UPS Store in Cameron Park for many years and we have never had a bad experience there. Lorna has been especially helpful with notarizing documents and shipping.

I had been a customer of this location for several years. I went in last month to get my mail to be told my box had been closed. I never recived notification - no notice in my box- no phone call to myself or my alternate phone #. They had closed my box a month prior and not notified me. This used to be a great place - they lost my business. I dont recomend you use them either.
