Saved my laptop after I was convinced it was a goner and now it runs faster and smoother than it did new! Very friendly and great with communication, kept me updated every step and even was willing to drive to me while my car is out of commission. Above and beyond the pale for sure! Even helped me get a new controller for my xbox when my kids broke one while he was waiting for a charger he ordered for my laptop!
