After getting a car wash (I choose the 2nd option), my car was pretty clean/it was well-vacuumed. The only complaint I have is, the inside of my back glass, had swirl-marks (due to not enough wiping). Other than that, it was pretty decent

After 2000 miles of highway, work zones desert and rv parks, my truck looked bad. After 20 minutes of service my truck looked like brand new, inside and out. Well worth the full service price. I wish I had this where I live in Arkansas. Great job.

Did a good job on the overall cleaning of both the inside and outside of the car. Outside of the vehicle was cleaned superbly; they even cleaned the harder to remove sap on the vehicle. Minor spots left by the hand dried cloth on the outside. The inside of the vehicle was immaculate they cleaned under everything and made sure that everything was clean.The two minor complaints are some streaks in the inside front window (which is normal with most window cleaners I have tried) and they said that they would provide air freshener but was unable to find it (maybe it was the spray to clean the inside). Lastly, my one major problem I had was that the center compartment and glovebox was rummaged through and some of the items in it where scattered on the passages seat. Thought this was weird because they did not clean the center compartment/glovebox and it was dirty on the bottom of both compartments.Overall, did a great job on cleaning the vehicle with great customer service.

Did a beautiful job on my van. Young man with long hair greeted me and was very courteous and professional. They did a very good job on my rims.I will definitely go back again . Highly recommend them

Price seemed high for oil change. When there isnt a front desk person working I think it slows things down.Wiper and mirrors were left flipped up. And the antenna was in the cup holder. Just figured theyd put that stuff back before walking away and signing off on their service

Failed on cleaning bottom half my inside rear window, big streak on the inside windshield, places where the excess protectant wasnt wiped from some of the plastic surfaces inside, edges of the outside side mirrors were not cleaned. But they did do a great job on the carpets and the upholstery. I will give the new ownership another chance after discussing this review with them.

Did a Beautiful job on my car and for a very good price. Only thing was not many personnel wore masks, so social distancing is recommended.

We had reserved a U-haul from another business in Cameron Park. When we got there to pick it up (at the other business), they were ahot mess and made us wait for an hour and still weren’t sure if we would be able to take the U-haul. On a whim I Googled “U-haul Cameron Park” and Car-Izma came up and I gave them a call. The voice on the other end was helpful and kind and said they had what we were looking for. We immediately drove to Car-Izma and were greeted with professionalism, kindness, and competence. So refreshing after what we had just delt with at the other business. The explanation of what to expect from start to finish was awesome. I also watched how they interacted with other customers, so impressed!!If you haven’t tried this place, I definitely recommend it! Although we didn’t use the services...it looks like they do car detail, oil change, U-haul, and there is even a self serve dog wash! Give them a try!

Reasonable charges. My car was was cleaned inside and out very well. It was quiet on the Thursday I went.

Best place in the area to get you car washed and detailed. They always do a great job. Recently I also had my oil change done here. The wait time was not to long the price was fair with a free car wash included. I was really impressed that the owner help out with the oil change and went beyond expectations for the service.. definitely recommend the place for oil changes and vehicle detailing.

Real should go there more often. I let me car get way to dirty. But thats why I go here. Consistently a good clean every time. Price is good to for the basic wash. Only place in El Dorado county I go to get a car wash.

Left my car for the day (didnt have an appointment) to get the inside of the car shampooed. (spilt milk...). They were a little busy at the end of the day when I picked it up with a rush, but they did a great job!

This place violated the trust I gave them when I left my car for a $60 oil change and end up FORCED to pay $93. DO NOT trust this place. They switch up all the information they provided me when I decided to leave the car.

I stopped by here 2 days ago and said Id be right back after running to the grocery store but was a little longer than I thought. By then they were not accepting cars as the owner was there they were all waiting to go to their holiday party. But the manager and owner knew how important it was to me to get my car cleaned, and they graciously took me in anyway. With smiles! And did a GREAT job! The wash was the best in California the new owner keeps the area clean and in tip top shape. Very nice and loyal employees would definitely recommend getting your car washed here. They also have a full service, lube, and also a full detail of your car 💯👌👍

Paid for the best wash and hand wax. Had to go back as they missed a ton of areas. After I left the second time, I still spent an hour finishing the job.

I had a vehicle cleaned (interior) here 3 years ago and wasnt thrilled with the quality or the time frame it was completed in. I figured Id give them another try. Preparing to sell a car I wanted a good carpet/upholstery clean. I stopped in the other day and was quoted 2 hours to complete the job. I was in a hurry so I made an appointment to return on a Sunday right when they open. I arrived on time and was told 2, maybe 2.5 hours. The girl at the front counter said they had another detail so it would take longer...OK... I made an appointment so silly me, I figured it would be done in a timely manner. Fast forward 3.5 hours later I finally flagged down someone and asked what was up. That person yelled at the person working on my car and then said youre taken care of. It still took another 15 minutes for them to finish. I could have driven to Folsom, got it done and driven home in half the time it took carizma. The finished product was only so-so as there was residue from the cleaner left on the plastics and the floor mats were just tossed in the rear cargo area.

I cant even give it a star. Today I tried to get my oil changed for the second time here. The lady at the desk was on her phone. She told me to park in front of the open stall that only had one truck in it and someone would be out to get my information. After waiting for 15 minutes and multiple employees walking by me, I left. There were at least 8 employees I could see and including me 3 vehicles. What a joke.The first time they turned me away because their computers were down. I change the oil on my 3 other cars, just dont like doing it on the German one and never used a computer to drain the oil.What is up with management at this place?

This place needs to have ZERO stars. I waited for my car to be finished for 1-1/2 hours and then when I was telling the attendant how unhappy I was about this bearded man came up to the car and asked what the problem was. I asked him who HE was and he said Im the owner...manager like he wasnt sure. When I voiced my displeasure that I wasnt warned they were running to short handed and it would be over an hour for my car wash he start yelling at me!!! Telling me I needed to learn how to talk to people! Really??? I dont know when this guy came on the scene but I will NEVER go back and I have been going there for years. Ill take the extra time to drive to EDH where they do a great job and have a nice place to wait

Terrible. It took me 5 hours to get a detail. Staff standing around when they could have been helping get my car finished. Smelled pot smoking on site. Could have been clients but definitely not a good environment. Will go back to Folsom Glen where they get you in and out efficiently. Thought I would save myself from driving down the hill! Guess not. The end result was acceptable, but not worth the time.

First, I was called up. They said the truck was ready. I looked inside, nothing was wiped down. Second, the radio antenna was left on the dash they didnt put it back on. Third, after another 20 min of them cleaning the inside of my truck, I jumped in and pulled out of the drive only to see they didnt clean the windshield. So I pulled back in... I had them clean the inside of the windshield. Then I left the again, looked in the back seat and theres all their cleaning bottles and rags....pulled back in gave them back their stuff. After leaving the last time, I noticed that everything was done in a rush. They didnt do any of the inside windows, nor did they wipe down and clean the steering wheel, side view mirrors, or the rear view mirror. But at that point I was already past my patience I was allotted for that day. Every time they had to do something that wasnt done, I was told that they were very sorry, so sorry, my apologies. They get one star for politeness, and one star for the hand wash of my truck. Still not worth the $50 I spent on the cleaning/detail job.

If there was a choice of zero stars, I would put it. They dont even deserve 1 star. I came in a week or two ago to get one of there supreme washes which is the most expensive and the wash came out good but NOT impressed with the new ownership. Came inside to pay and sit while I waited for my car to be done, and could hear how he talked to his employees and I was not a fan. One of the employees I could tell was pretty upset and that is not how you should treat employees. Especially in front of paying customers. Not to mention when you walk inside the office the new make over he is doing is over the top ridiculous with too many of the same air fresheners. Will not support a business who doesnt respect there own employees who do a good job working hard, or there own customers. Last time I ever spend any money at that place. Would rather take the extra drive to El Dorado Hills or Folsom.

Car came out clean which was most important. But customer service is lackluster. Seemingly this place is run by a bunch of juveniles who are playing stink finger with each other while attempting to wipe down your car. The lack of professionalism is definitely alive and well at car-izma.

I know they are under new management and my experience there was wonderful. I needed a smog check and it was completed in literally 10 minutes with no hitch. Very professional and courteous.

Paid $100 and tipped another $25 for a basic wash and wipe as well as a seat cleaning. It took over an hour, there was still dirt on the dash (not a little, A LOT!) The door jams were untouched and the whole console looked to have been overlooked as well. Place has really gone down hill. Dont believe Ill be going back there.

Friendly people, close by.I got the supreme wash which is supposed to come with a dashboard wipedown and such. The outside looked AMAZING. But the inside wasnt touched. I had to go in on my own and wipe the inside down. The carpet shampoo was decent, better than I couldve done on my own but kinda smelled like mildew. Might take it elsewhere to get shampood again.

The price is great and the work always makes me happy I went to them.

I went here needing everything done on my car...oil change, wash, vac, even smog. I drove in with a dusty brown car and left in a silver one. Beautiful work, courteous and professional. Ill be visiting again soon!

This used to have decent serice, now its gone to the toilet. Workers asking if Id like my change back? More guys watching the few actually wiping down my truck. I feel bad for the two out of ten guys who actually work. They have to share tips!Hire more people who are motivated, maybe Ill show up more often. For now Ill head down the hill on next wash. Pressure wash the place where patrons sit once and a while.

This place sucks big time. There are only like 5 cars here and Ive been waiting an hour for a frickin regular wash. They have a bunch of teens on the finish details and they are in no hurry all. An hour!! Really? Not coming back here.

DOUBLE THUMBS DOWN ON THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. Took an older (1992) vehicle in to Car-izma...that needed a SMOG Cert. prior to owner ship change. I was told over the phone & in person that if it didnt pass the SMOG first time I would have to take it elsewhere to be repaired but that the recheck was included in my first-original Smog test. Mechanic was crabby and had poor communication skills, but I wasnt there for him. No engine light was on when I entered for the test but WAS ON when I left the Smog test with a fail. Mechanic acknowledged it wasnt on when he started but couldnt say why light was on now.I took the vehicle in to be repaired somewhere in Sacramento. Returned today. I was told that they couldnt retest because they are not STAR certified. They lost that in January 2014. I just had my car in on July 7, 2014. Nothing on my paperwork, website or in person warned me that there were conditions prohibiting my FREE recheck if failed the first time. When I requested half of my money back to cover the free re-test. I was told that the free retest must be done within the first 30 days. Since it was now 60 days since first SMOG test. No refund. This policy is not written on any of the paperwork/work order, website or told in person at the time of service.Manager said it is their policy, HE TOLD ME HE COULD NOT SHOW ME WHERE IT IS IN WRITING BECAUSE ITS NOT IN WRITING ANYWHERE. not legal ...Mr. Manager! Bait & Switch? CONSUMERS BE AWARE....I previously tried their $32.00 Supreme car wash on my 350 Z. I wasnt impressed enough to go back. I should have known.

If you have an appointment somewhere, wait and go to this car wash after your appointment.They do a good job washing windows and dusting.Today I had to wait 1 hour, I finally told the Supervisor that I had to be out of there by 12:15 because I did have an appointment..I gave myself 1 1/2 hours for my car wash and if was getting close to my time I needed to leave (that is why I talked with Supervisor).Thank you.

Typically 7 out of 10 times I have to point out obvious problems such as dust (a good deal of it) that they miss on the top of the front seat backs and the rear deck. The last straw was when I was told that if the automatic car wash doesnt clean the car, I need to pay extra upfront to get it cleaned.Enough. I work in Folsom and theres a car wash there I will try.

They do a decent job but are extremely slow but that worked for me today. Parked it second in line went to OReillys auto and shopped. Came back dropped stuff off and went to Ace hardware and shopped. It still was in the wash times when i got back and still waited a long time. They never have enough staffing so i dont come unless i have nearby shopping to do.

We called ahead and asked how much for an oil change with 5 qts of synthetic oil. A guy named Jonathan answered and told her it was $39 and that comes with a free car wash. So my wife and I (and our sick 4 year old) drove across town (in two separate vehicles) just to find out that it will actually cost $100 for our oil change! Nobody was the least bit apologetic, including the guy that we talked to on the phone (who admitted that he told us it would be $39)! We stood in their parking lot trying to find another place that was open on Sunday, so they had PLENTY of time to offer us a small discount, or AN APOLOGY, but nope! They couldnt care less! And they wont get a dime from us!

Wow, I showed up to get my car washed at 830am not knowing that they didnt open till 9am but the owner said he would take care of me and they washed and cleaned my car so great

Second time Ive been here. Poor service. Why is it my car is at the front of the line and cars in the back of the line are being dried first? Now my car is dry (and streaked). Hope the tires get dressed. I paid extra for that. 😠

Right from the start was a bad experience. It was our 1st time using this car wash and we walk in the office and the older woman that runs the register was so unbelievably rude and gossiping with another woman and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. It took over an hour for our truck to be finished and it still was not as clean as you would expect for the money we paid. We will never be returning back to this car wash it was a terrible experience .

Fine for a quick wash but the interior always seems to get half done.

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. I can pay for the drive thru car wash at a gas station and get my truck cleaner. Not only is it a very bad wash, the time it takes these understaffed people to clean the inside is very bad. The side a rear windows were not cleaned and the interior was only half done. Dont get your oil changed there either, they are by far he most expensive than anyone I have used in the past. Your best bet for everything is Sudds in EDH. Those guys do the best I have found in this area including Folsom.

Unfortunately, not a great experience. They did not clean side mirrors or inside of windshield. I was running late and didnt notice until I left. I didnt find them particularly friendly either.

Ill give them 1 star because you cant giving them a zero. I took my car to get clean and they left stains in my seat I took it back to get the stains removed and they left a bigger stain . I payed to get my car clean not to get it dirty. I was a regular customer went there twice a month. I wont be returning back.

I have been using Car-izma for oil changes on all my cars for several years. I wont any longer because:* On my Toyota Tundra pick-up truck the tech was too lazy to replace all 4 of the bolts in my front differential skid plate and its now hanging by just 2 fasteners. (The oil has never been changed anywhere else except Car-Izma).* On my Corvette, they managed to ruin the oil filter gasket and the car leaked oil. I took it back-in and they said: Everything looks OK. The car continued to leak oil (it only has11,000 total miles on the odometer) until I took it elsewhere and a filter replacement cured the leak!* On my Honda Accord, they never bothered to check under the red plastic cover on the positive battery cable connector... something EVERY oil change service should do. In the ensuing 3 years, the battery cable was so corroded under the flip-up cover that it broke in half, leaving me stranded!* Today I thought Id give them One More Try... They lost the radio antenna on my Volkswagon.It will be a very cold day before the folks at Car-Izma get at any of my cars again!

DONT USE FOR SMOG. Go to G&S Smog in Shingle Springs. I have an aftermarket intake on my truck that is California approved (I paid more for it) and Car-Izma failed my truck. I immediately drove to G&S Smog and they read the CA part number and passed me. When I drove back to Car-Izma to let them know the news the manager would not give me a refund or company credit. The $50 lesson is not to use Car-Izma. Also, Suds give the best washes in the area, they are in EDH. The interior detail on my truck was awful.

They have gotten very slow, took me an hour and half to get my car done and they were not overly busy.

I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment for a smog so that i could get a sitter and wouldnt have to bring my 2 small children with me. I showed up, on time for my appointment to find no one at the business and the doors locked. I called them and left a message stating I had an appointment and they were not there and would appreciate a call back. I never heard from them.
