They say they will deliver by 1 pm hopefully i will get it tomorrow but not holding my breath

My vaccum from Amazon was to be delivered yesterday...get an email from Amazon saying that they tried to deliver it but noone was home to sign for it...well me and husband were both home they didnt even bother to knock on the door. Well today I have an empty box on my porch that was retaped and no vaccum.

Very dissatisfied every time ups ships a package its always 3 or 4 day late pass the delivery date

Got there with just few min till closing. They let me get my pkg sent off. Great work guys!!!

Ups delivered a package but didbt deliver both of them. I tried to use the virtual assistant to see the problem. Six times I tried to speak my tracking number to the virtual assistant. It couldnt hear it. It refused to send it to an actual person without the tracking number. It refused to let me put the tracking number in. It sucks!

Needed to send a fax and since it is not a ups store, was turned away, and informed that the closest one is in Arkadelphia.

I scheduled a pickup at my house on 7/20/2020 the package never got picked up i called UPS and the agent told me that the driver marked it complete that he picked it up but the package is still on my porch i talked to 7 people the next day 2 agents we supervisor they sent 4 messages to the supervisor of that depot to call me after hours on the phone never got a call and my package is still on my porch i can not get anybody to help me get my package picked up it is really bad that i can not get a package picked up i will have to drive 30 to the nearest ups and drop it off

We track our packages & got told it was left in our carport. We dont have a carport ! So we went to the ups office got lied to. We pulled up the tracking info before we walked in to show them & when they went in the back to see about it , they came back & said O it got changed ! Ya we got mad ! They said we are looking for it on the truck. We asked for the boss. She came up & did some digging & found out it was left at the wrong house.
