Have always gotten superb service, both inside the store and out in the yard. A group of excellent people who seem to have a lot of fun while still keeping a professional atmosphere. Thumbs up.

Great selection of hardware

The employee who helped me did not know what he was talking about and sold me a fitting he assured me would work. It didnt. When I returned the same day, no one cared that they had sold me the wrong item and getting a refund was a hassle. The point of shopping at an overpriced hardware store with a fraction of the selection of a big box home improvement store is to get knowledgeable and friendly service. Kens failed on both counts. I do not plan to shop there again.

My experience was terrible. Clerk was obnoxiously rude, store doesnt seem to welcome the diyr, and was overcharged for an item also, but they can keep the money.
