He diagnosed my Craftsman Zero Turn Lawn Tractor, checked a fuse that might have been a part of the problem. He determined, after using a gauge to check the battery, that it was bad. He waited for me to run buy a battery, and when I returned, he replaced the battery. The fuse was not bad. Im thankful that he didnt leave when I went for the new battery, because I would have to wait until later to mow my yard. He told me that he would wait, and HE DID. I recommend this person to anyone.
