Am leaving this star because while I agree with the rest of the reviews, they are efficient, friendly, and reasonably price their printing services, their shipping services are outrageously high. $25 to ship a small (and I mean small) course pack from Cambridge MA to NY!! I pay more for shipping than the actual course pack itself. I hope they consider offering multiple affordable shipping options and not just rip people off for their money.

Very nice and helpful staff. Came in stressed needing to print 200+ show programs for a dance performance that was the next day (after some issues with printing at another place the day before). They were very kind and took on the task, and they got it done quickly. The end product was high quality. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming here for years to print my comics. I always show up with a long list of files to print, all with different, complicated instructions. Options and knowledge that is LEAGUES (nautical, figurative, metaphorical) beyond that of any printer in a national office supply store.I can count on accurate suggestions and solutions on how to achieve printed document formats I might not have necessarily accommodated for in my layouts.They print work quickly and have an online uploading page.Great service, great product, understandable price

Only after going to several other printing offices do I know now that these people are the ones to go to.They do printing and perfecting binding, request satisfied at the end of the day of. Quality of print isnt the best though, but competitive in pricing and costumer service.
