Oliveira painted the exterior of our Victorian house this summer, and it looks great. The quality of the work and their attention to detail is extraordinary. They also connected us with an outstanding carpenter to repair and replace rotten wood. The on-site team were very friendly and punctual, and Priscilla and Ron were terrific about communication from start to finish. We hired Oliveira Painting in 2020 to paint the entire interior of a three-story Victorian house. They did a superb job and are far and away the best painters we have ever worked with. They did excellent work for a reasonable price; were extremely polite and responsive; cleaned up immaculately at the end of every day; and were an absolute pleasure to work with. In addition to painting the house, they took care of several needed repairs and did an excellent job with those as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was referred to Oliveira Painting, Inc. by my real estate agent. I contracted them, in a competitive bidding process, to repaint my roughly 1000 sq. ft. loft condominium in Cambridge, MA. It had not been repainted since 2006 and had been rented since 2009 when I left the area. It is a nice condominium and I have never been cheap when it comes to maintenance. Their bid, just over $4000, to repaint all ceilings, walls, and trim for every room and closet, was competitive and fair. This included preparation, Benjamin Moore paint, and cleanup. Unfortunately, I was not there to supervise and thus my new, very responsible tenant and my real estate agent were asked to review their work. The two main areas of concern were behind the refrigerator, where I had asked them to repair the wall above the trim, as it had been damaged by the refrigerator, and in an upstairs closet, where water damage from a previous roof leak had occurred. While the quality of their work appears to have been acceptable overall, the quality of their review of their work was not, as these obvious areas were not addressed adequately prior to our inspection. Also, I expected that there would be leftover paint that would be left behind for touch ups. When I requested this, I was informed that they had used all of the paint except for the main wall paint, i.e., they had used up all paint for the ceilings, trim, and special paint for the bathroom walls. I believe this to be somewhat unusual, if not unlikely. It is also unacceptable, as the need for an occasional touch up in the future is nearly certain, and I will now need to purchase additional cans of paint that should have been included in the course of completion of this project. All of this being said, I would likely hire them again, albeit with closer supervision by me.

When we moved to Boston five years ago, we were fortunate to have found Oliveira Painting through the real estate agent who helped us find our home.
