I was at first concerned about some negative reviews on Yelp but it turned out that they charge everything reasonably. I didn’t end up getting my broken hard drive fixed by them (it was really out of my budget) but they gave me very good suggestions and I didn’t feel forced to make any choice.

Alfred and his team at Techfusion (Brandon was our case worker) was extremely helpful and professional, keeping us updated with our case and very reasonable when it came to fees, etc. I will definitely use them again should the need arise as well as recommend them to anyone looking for tech help. My Promise Pegasus RAID5 system simultaneously lost two disk drives. Promise company tech support told me that my 8 TB data in it were forever lost and they could do nothing for such an unusual situation. I found TechFusion by Google search and called their number. The CEO of the company immediately called me back by myself even though it was after their business hour. Within a month, I got my data back from the company with practically no data loss (I am still examining the big data, but so far I dont find apparently lost files). So I would like to testify that TechFusion is not a dummy or scam. They are professionals, and they actually do great jobs exactly as they advertise.

These guys are thieves. I was having trouble with a hard drive and they told me it would cost $900 to fix. Then they called me a week later and said it would cost $4,500 and couldnt even guarantee my data would be there. I said not thanks. I took it over to TechRescue, which is about 5 miles away, and they fixed it for $35. Thats not a typo. TechRescue charged me less then 1 percent of what TechFusion want to do the same thing.

My experience with Techfusion could not have been better. I had a disastrous hard drive failure with 7 years of work and educational materials on it, the bigbox stores said it was completely unrecoverable. I brought it to TechFusion on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they worked on it for 10 days, recovering 165,000+ files (including .dll and system files) which encompassed the entire drive. I cant say enough about them and when they say data is never really lost they mean it.
