We used Met Limo of Boston as the car service for our wedding this past June. My father-in-law spoke to Tom when booking and found him very friendly and helpful, without any of the pressure that other companies can sometimes exert in terms of getting a deposit. We changed our timeline of events a couple of times, and close to the event too, and they were accommodating to all of our changes.On the day of the wedding they were punctual and efficient. The car itself was clean and comfortable, and there were a lot of water bottles for me and my wedding party. As the bride, I waited in the car with the driver, Robert I believe, until I had to go in the church. I was experiencing quite a lot of nerves and he was so nice. He really did help me feel better and I appreciated that.I would happily recommend Met Limo of Boston. They helped our day run smoothly and the driver was wonderful.

Tom at the office was super nice and helpful! He was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. He sent pictures of the limos when I requested, and always called me back promptly if I didnt reach someone in the office directly and left a voicemail.Carl and Dan were our drivers, they were both very polite and professional. They had water bottles in the car for us, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable! They were also very patient as we had a large group of people to assemble and load. Big plus!I have only used their service once so far but I will definitely call them again for my next party or event! Great company, thank you guys!

Easy, fast, efficient booking. Our driver was on time and very accommodating. The vehicle (an 8-passenger stretch) was clean and had all the amenities you would expect of a 5 star company (ice, bottled water, glassware). Just had the best experience with Met Boston Limo! My neighbor and I were planning a surprise craft brewery crawl with our husbands to celebrate Fathers Day. Of course, we did not want to drive. And, Tom was great at getting me a fast quote, getting all the details just right, etc. Cherif arrived on schedule, and was fantastic - got us right to where we were going, waited at each stop and made himself ready and available when it was time to move on. The hourly rate was great, too! I will be using Met Limo of Boston EVERY time I need car service from now on!

The high level of professionalism of the drivers, reliability, and accountability of the service model are the most noteworthy reasons. The drivers always arrive early and are committed to picking you up when your plane is delayed from an original pick up time of 11PM to 1AM. We used Met Boston Limo for our wedding. The communication up until the day of was fantastic. We hired a luxury bus and a limo. There was a miscommunication on our wedding day and the bus for the wedding party showed up late. This could have been a disaster but it all worked out. The wedding party got to the church and the bus was there when we came out. The company was incredibly responsive and apologetic during the situation and made it right. After the wedding they proactively called and offered us a discount before billing us. This is incredibly professional. Even considering the slip up we would use this service again! Things happen and they handled it in the right way and it was no big deal on our big day. The condition of the bus and limo was great for a wedding or special day!

I booked this service for my sisters Bachelorette Party in Boston this weekend. I would definitely recommend! Of all the services I researched this was by far the least expensive and our experience went above and beyond my expectations! Our driver, Joe, was very friendly and polite and always arrived right on time to each of our 3 destinations in the city (which is impressive considering that city traffic can be a nightmare!). The ride was smooth, stress free, and the communication between myself and Joe was seamless! Our limo also came with a bottle of champagne and glasses which was a nice surprise! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Met Boston Limo is the BEST! I called Tom to get transportation for my boss while he was in Boston for meetings. He was super friendly, and had everything set up in no time at all. Most important, when my boss called in a panic at 3:30 p.m. for transportation with a 5 p.m. pickup, Tom and his crew were able to accommodate us. He said they might be a little late, with the short notice, but when I asked later, of course they were right on time. :) He sent receipts right after every trip, so I have all the paperwork for the boss expenses. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tom and his Met Boston Limo crew anytime you need excellent service at a great price!

Tom and his team at Met Limo have repeatedly gone above and beyond expectations. They have never failed me, whether it involved a straight forward pickup at Logan or a drive to NYC on short notice.. One of our clients is CEO of a large well-known company. He makes a point of requesting the same driver, Mohamad, every time he comes to town. In just the latest example, an international client staying in town forgot his his laptop charger. I texted Tom at 9am on a Sunday morning to ask if he could help. In less than 1 hour, the charger had been purchased and delivered to my clients hotel. You will not regret using Met Limo for your ground transportation needs.

I highly recommend Met Limo of Boston for a prom party limo bus. I was responsible for finding a limo for 28 of my daughters high school senior friends to get to Boston from the suburbs and back. I researched a ton of places and made a few calls. Tom was fantastic making me comfortable that the kids would be safe and happy. The limo bus was clean, well functioning, and as described. Sue, the driver, communicated with me 30 mins before she was due to arrive telling me she was 1 mile away waiting for the word from me to come pick up the kids. She texted me when she dropped the kids off at prom, and my daughter texted her for pickup after prom in the line up. Sue kept my daughter (and me via group text chat) informed of her spot in the queue and then gave me an ETA back to town. We had added complexity of a narrow country road for pickup/drop off, and Tom and Sue were great in coming up with solutions. And their price was very reasonable. 5 enthusiastic stars from me!

My family calls Met Boston whenever we need a ride. We mostly need a ride to and from the airport when we are traveling. It may cost a bit more than the alternative modes of transportation but the experience is always worth it. When trying to get a family out of the house on time for a flight, knowing you can count on Met Boston is one less thing you need to worry about. Plus, you dont need to worry about getting a parking spot at Logan. We have twice thought we would drive and park at Logan when we had a quick day or two trip. Both times Central Parking was filled to capacity and parking was a disaster. The drivers are always courteous and punctual and they take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable vehicle.
