A complete waste of time and money. Had them do my taxes, took the packet home and found several errors. Took it back. Was told they “have updated software” which was to blame for the errors. UNACCEPTABLE. Went home and completed my taxes using TurboTax. Found even more errors. Save your money. Will never use them again.

I ask for the ez form and when we got done without the preparer telling us that 2 action costs us twice as much as expected then the ex form!!

Dropped off my w-2s on Saturday and made an appointment to pick up on Tuesday and they were not done. Felt rushed as the gal stated that she had another appointment and the people were waiting.

Cost was less than the other company I have used the past 25 years.
