I would be completely honest with you this is not a barbershop, this is a salon. I asked Mike to give me a shave with the blade he said he hasnt done it in 20 years. He was very rude lack of customer service. His clippers were digging into the scalp biting at the hair. Then he said this is a $20 service what do you expect. It wasnt worth $20. I still left him a tip because thats just what I do. Me and my buddy will never go back there again. Sorry Mike

I have been going to Mikes Barber ever since my grandfather took me when I was 5. I am 21 years old now, and I still go to Mikes every time for my haircut and is always reliable and give me the cut that I like before any occasion. Good conversations, always friendly, and consistent, always giving me the best cut and style that I want.

Mike has been cutting my hair for over two years now. His haircuts are consistently very good and the best haircuts I got in the US in fifty years of trying to find a barber. He does not discuss politics and always polite and reserved. Very professional.Regarding Braden King review:1. I never heard Mike discussing politics with anybody.2. Using a laptop I accidentally touched the thumb up symbol. There is no way to correct it. My apologies for the mistake.

The friendly man good price for the right cut

Mike is a lunatic and literally lost his cool when he wanted to engage me in a political discussing ( which he probably should not do with customers )Told me to shut up and started cussing at me. Ive been getting my hair cut at Mikes for over fifteen years now and wont go anywhere else. Mike is friendly and personable, but more than anything, he gives great cuts at low prices.If you want a snobby salon, this isnt your place. Mikes a small, traditional barber shop with two chairs and one barber - Mike. I walk-in and theres rarely a wait - just good service, low-key conversation, hair cutting, and a good deal. His magazine rack is stacked with good stuff - cars, sports, news, hunting, fishing, mens health, and Rolling Stone. If you havent had your coffee yet, just ask for a cup.Im not sure whats up with this Scott Smith review, but if Mike kicked him out, the guy must have been WAY out of line. Being on the border of Camas and Washougal, Mikes long-time clients range from rural conservatives to suburban liberals. Ive seen guys there spout their views and Ive never seen Mike react with anything but calm. Mike doesnt drink. Im not so sure this Smith guy hadnt tied one on.If you want your personal politics confirmed, watch MSNBC or Fox News (depending on how you roll.) If you want your hair cut (or your kids hair cut), go to Mikes.
