Upon arrival it was semi busy. I was attended to almost immediately. Carla was exceptionally friendly. She made the process smooth and explained things well. She was fully knowledgeable and informed of her duties and made me feel understood. Even with a product that was purchased at another location she informed me I could easily exchange it at the location I purchased it from. She shared she was management at another location but was happy to be of service here in Camarillo.

Went in because my phone was not loading up my emails, came in to store and Salvador assisted me and helped me with my issue I was having. He gave me an excellent service and glad we got that resolved

I went to the AT&T store to resolve recurring problems with my iPhone 11. Angel was my service representative. He was smart, efficient, courteous and interested in customer service. Very rare in this day and age. My experience was phenomenal.

I really want to thank Renan for his excellent customer service! I got 4 new awesome phones and and unlimited everything plan for only $175.00 + Taxes and a one time activation fee per phone. Thanks a lot again, and keep the good deals coming! 👍UPDATE: It turns out, there was some sort of mix-up in what I was told the cost of the phones would be and what AT&T corporation was actually charging. No problem, I went back to the store and the manager Gianni, did not hesitate to help me, even though my original agreement was with Renan. After researching the situation, Gianni promise to give me credit for the difference on the price I am invoiced vs. the one I was quoted. Gianni was the epitome of professionalism and resourcefulness to solve my problem on the spot. Thank you again very much Gianni. Great store, better people! 😃

I just bought a $1200 Samsung phone here yesterday. JP was the gentleman that helped me. JP was courteous and knowledgeable and guided me through the transfer and transaction painlessly. I did need some help transferring files so I went back the next day. I was greeted by the lovely Danielle who helped me finish the transfer of old to new. Danielle was so sweet and enjoyable to work with.Thank you all for a wonderfully painless transfer. I wont hesitate to refer anyone to this store

I would give them zero stars if I could lol, every time I am on the phone with a customer representative they are sooo rude. It took me over two months to get a phone from them, they cancelled my order without reason, and they promised to wave some fees but Never did. They never call back when they say they will either. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with them. It’s ridiculous. If you want any help just ask to speak to the manager. Skip the representatives for sure.

SCAM ARTISTS at best. I joined ATT almost two years ago. I was quoted a price of roughly $110 all in on a cell phone and tablet plan. When my first bill arrived, The bill came out to over $130. I contacted the store, they made an adjustment, stating that the correct amount would show on the next bill. That didnt happen. I called the store and they re-adjusted stating there was something wrong but they had taken care of it. Ill save some of the details to suffice saying that... over a year later... theyre still charging me over $130 per month and nobody has taken ownership of this. Its too late to return any of the devices and go with a different carrier. I am now looking to transfer my service to T-Mobile as Im tired of getting the run-around from store staff and even the manager. I would NEVER consider another ATT product/service after this. Even my work is moving away from ATT.

Renan was so helpful in setting up my new phone. He was able to also find me a way to save on my monthly bill but get new features! What a way to upgrade my phone and get excellent service at the same time. I recommend to visit this location when you have a need with AT&T.

Carlos was very helpful in helping my sister and I trade in our old phones for new ones. He made it quick and easy and was very patient. Even when it is busy they work quickly and explain everything thoroughly. We were very pleased with Carlos and our overall experience with the service agents at this store.

Reman, the store manager elevated the standards for customer service!! I had an appointment at 10 am and he personally helped me until approximately 1:15 pm!! I had much to discuss. He helped me with billing issues, cell plans, my kids cell phones and upgrades, new lines, tablet reviews, account set ups...and Im sure Im forgetting something else he did.He was friendly, professional and had a great attitude. The end result is that I left happy (hungry..its lunch time.), satisfied with all the answers, two new free phones for my boys. A lower monthly bill and excited that I know I have someone who CARES at this location.Get help from Renan.. he wont disappoint.

Stopped by to grab a phone I ordered online. The service was SUPER!!! I initially called and spoke with Gianni about the order and he was helpful in preparing my order prior to my arrival. Once I got there I met Carlos at the curbside pickup area. I informed him of my order and he retrieved it. We ran into a few issues with the setup, but he was so patient and understanding. After jumping through a few hoops, the issue was finally resolved. I was also given some useful information about some additional services I’ll take advantage of. Let’s just say that I left completely satisfied, thanks again!!!

The customer service at this store is Wonderful! Typically, I have terrible experiences at ATT stores. However, the staff and management at the Camarillo store are helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient. I highly recommend coming to this store.

Great experience! I was worried about going out but my blackberry finally bit the dust. The store has plastic barriers and well-spaced seating. I felt safe. The consultants were professional and friendly and helped me set up my new phone. Convenient location. Open 7 days per week. A perfect local resource for AT&T products and services. Danny was extremely helpful! Went in to upgrade one of the phones on my account and in less than a half hour the purchase was complete, the new phone was completely operational with all of my information transferred to it and I was on my way. I recently traded in my iPhone for a newer version and I was very pleased with the service at the Camarillo location. I was helped by Carlos who was very professional and explained the process of trading in my phone very thoroughly. He made sure that I was provided with the very best service. I was very pleased all the service agents at the store who were very patient and helpful despite having to work and adapt to the current pandemic and heat wave.

I’ve gone to various AT&T stores but never have I ever experienced such terrible customer service. You walk in and it’s like as if you are invisible maybe I’m a ghost 👻to them. I waited a long time before I actually got helped by someone who was barley coming into their shift. All of the other staff were just sitting chatting with each other. I’ve lived here in Camarillo my whole life and this is why I choose not to go to this location.

I recently went to the AT&T store in Camarillo. I was initially afraid of the long wait or long in store back and forth but this location was amazing! There was a short wait and the team members were all so friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Chavez and he made this whole experience easy and made me confident in every choice I made. I’m so happy with my new iPhone and accessories. He was so helpful and informative. I left the store feeling great and had a working phone with no issues!! Loving it!! If you need a new phone, go to The Camarillo branch office off Daily Drive and ask for Chavez and the store manager. They both were awesome!
