Each of my phone calls went to voice mail, and the next day I went to there website and found the automated appointment system. I filled out the form and received a response the same day. The person responding was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly booked an appointment for an estimate I have not booked an appointment for the actual service to be done and that is the reason for 4 star I do see many five stars and that gives me confidence that AAA Pool is the place to call for pool services

Let me say that few people, let alone businesses, would do what AAA Pools has done for my family. When AAA found out that we had experienced a significant tragedy in our family, they jumped in with others to come to our aid and provide service to our pool at no charge in order to help our family transition through a tough time. I am deeply grateful and humbled that a company, who did not know us personally at the time, would act so graciously and generously and come along side us in a time of need. THEY ARE DISHONEST; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are a rip off, they first give you an estimate for your maintenance and every month they keep adding unbelievable amounts for their chemicals they use; they make sure they add up so much extra chemicals on your bill that the bills will be over double and triple the regular estimate.

We had a pool emergency on Memorial Day and they were there within minutes to get the pool up and running!

After going through some flaky pool companies in the past, I finally found the right one that can do the job properly. They are reliable, prompt and cost effective. They are also quick to respond as well. The pool guy they sent was amazing! Took his time to thoroughly clean our pool. Highly recommend them.

AAA Pool was excellent. I called for help with a broken pool pump, and they arrived for service within an hour from the time we called them. They were prompt with either a call back or text updates until the repairs were completed. I was truly appreciative of their patience and promptness. They followed through even after the job was complete when the pump wouldnt turn on the next day. We troubleshoot the pump over the phone with their assistance. AAA pool Maintenance is the most reliable pool service company. Lately, I could not remove my salt cell and they sent someone to cleaned it. Added some conditioner too to preserve the chlorine. Its a pleasure doing business with you guys.

Managing multiple property is difficult and pools require a ton of work. I had them maintain all of ours pools and they helped us to worry about one less item. They do an amazing job and are very reasonable.

The only reason I am giving two stars is that the renovation design came out the way we planned. The pool restoration is great. The price was reasonable. The customer service was horrible. When working on the pool, people were supposed to come, and then not show up after we sat waiting for them. Then they would come when we didnt know to add salt to pool, but we were using it. They left the salt for us to add. It wasnt enough so we ended up having to go buy more and add it ourselves. We had to keep contacting them to get what we were contracted for. Ramiro tries, but he was working all over Southern California, and we were last on the list. I dont blame him, but whoever owns this company does not seem to take leadership.We were promised by the owner and the office person that someone would get our pool established for a month. No one came. No one called us. As small business owners ourselves, I cant understand how the owner doesnt take a personal interest in jobs and their completion. He never even came out.We think we have finally figured out the testing and chemicals. Leslies pool supply has taught us more than the person who was supposed to. The finish on the bottom has big white spots (calcification, I dont know) and has since two weeks in. Nobody seems to care.
