Our race team goes through a set of tires and bends at least one wheel every month or two. Ive lost count of how many tire sets theyve mounted/balanced and wheels they have straightened, but every single time theyve provided incredible work and friendly service. Heck, every wheel theyve straightened for me is straighter than when they were new. They dont cut corners and are honest. I cant recommend them enough to people in the race community and friends. Definitely THE one-stop-shop for anything wheel related in Ventura county.

This review is way past due. I got my wheels powdered coated black on my 2019 Ford F-150 in November on 2019. Wheel Concepts did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend them if youre looking into getting your wheels powered coated at a very competitive price. Ask for Phil.

Phil and his team did an excellent job of restoring the factory AMG wheels of my 2001 SL500. They stripped of the existing chrome plating and powder coated the wheels beautiful after straitening any bends. They also sell ties at TireRack prices and so I left with beautifully restored wheels and new Michelin Pilot Sports. Fair pricing and excellent service. These are the people you want to work with.

Should have reviewed months ago. Bought an used BMW 330ci for my daughter. Took the chance on it although it vibrated. Thought it might be balance, but 3 of 4 wheels were bent! Looked for a shop who could straighten them and up popped WC. I bought wheels and tires from them years ago on two past cars, when they used to be in Thousand Oaks. Wheel Concepts (WC) was referred by a friend of mine who regularly used WC for refinishing OEM wheels damaged by test drivers. My impression of Phil is that he represents a professional organization. His ability to negotiate requests for assistance, schedule and pricing was both up front and always resulted in his doing as hed promised. The work speaks for itself as you cannot distinguish the damaged wheel from the wheel theyd retained for color matching purposes. Absolutely phenomenal experience at Wheel Concepts, thanks to Phil.I emailed Phil for a quote to powdercoat 4 factory wheels on my Tahoe, he promptly got back to me with a great price. He even walked me through how the process works with me bringing my car in, Wheel Concepts giving me loaner wheels/tires and then telling me when to come back and pick my wheels up.I showed up for my appointment and Phil promptly took my Tahoe to the shop and swapped out my wheels with the loaners, verified all my info and sent me on my way with a quote of 4-5 days turnaround time.Phil calls me after only 3 days and lets me know I can come down and pick up my wheels because theyre done.I show up, he takes my car to the shop, the guys swap my loaners back with my freshly powdercoated wheels and just like that Im ready to go. Excellent customer service from Fred, Michael, and Phil. I took in my 2017 Challenger T/A for two wheel repairs and I was told that the color wouldn’t match completely but they would do their best. Well, I can’t tell any difference! They look amazing and I hope I don’t need to do this again but if I have to, I know where to go. I highly recommend them for any of your wheel needs.

I had parts from a 1935 vehicle re-chromed.Some of the parts were highly deteriorated, the metal was nearly gone. I was totally amazed by the reconstruction and grooming. Parts were restored better than they probably were originally. most pleased with their customer service, in particular Phil. I gave four stars because it took a bit longer than I thought it was going to take. Other than that, I highly recommend Wheel Concepts for your chrome and related needs.

Glad i found this company, I purchased a Bmw a few weeks ago and wanted the rims powder coated gloss black, turns out the company that does BMW rims from the dealerships is Wheel Concepts.The reason I went with Wheel Concepts was: they took my factory wheels off and gave me a loner set to use for the time it took which was 1 week.All said the wheels look like what they should coming from the dealership as new.Very happy! Will be back for more wheels to be done!

I have a 2000 Honda S2000 with dealer chrome wheels, they had just started to slightly corrode after 20 years and went to Phil who took great care of me. They gave me loaner tires and wheels while my wheels were being refinished so I could take my S2000 home. When I received my wheels back, they were excellent. Michael at Wheel Concepts did a great job on my Range Rover. I had all 4 wheels powder coated, the letters In The front and back as well as the Land Rover logo and the bar beneath the letters done. Michael wasn’t happy with how they initially turned out so he asked for another day to redo the wheels. They turned out fantastic! Very competitively priced and great customer service! Repaired a curb-rash on one of my wheels. Wasnt perfect but did a better-than-satisfactory job. I could still feel and see a little roughnesus on the edge of the wheel. Cant notice it looking straight on though. I would go there again if needed.

Yesterday i completed the purchase and took delivery of 4 chromed wheels from Phil and the gang at Wheel Concepts.
