Had my hair filters changed tires rotated and my oil changed . They filed my windshield fluid and they checked my trany fluid and I only paid 130 for it all friendly guys and they were quick. Thanks guys I appreciate your work.

I went in to have light bulbs replaced. They were sone in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and I will go back for future work!

Its was a good experience, I thought they checked brakes, that was mybad for thinking that, other than that great service.

Took my 2018 Subaru WRX in for an oil change. After they were done my check engine light was on and my cruise control no longer worked along with many other features. I asked them to run the codes as my car is low on miles and running perfectly before. They insisted that they only did an oil change and it was impossible that anything could be wrong. I immediately took my car to Subaru afterwards and that’s when it started to over heat and was not running right at all. Very odd for a car with 20,000 miles on it and a 2018. Subaru said that the oil filter wasn’t tightened properly and some issues with air filter along with a few other things. I’m still waiting to see what else is wrong with my car but everything was fine until I took it here and the only thing I hear from them is “all we did is an oil change”. A waste of $89. Now my car doesn’t even run.

Still the quickest oil change I can get after trying several other places. The mechanics were helpful in recommending products and services without being overly salesy. Liked the online and mail in coupons available!

Tony who changed are oil and Yazmine who assisted are total professionals-provided excellent customer service and were so friendly!! We had first stopped at Jiffy Lube and totally wasted our time!!! They were the exact opposite of our experience at Valvoline. Jiffy was slow, rude and lied about the wait time. ended up finding out it would take an HOUR to get out of there. At Valvoline Tony took about 10-15 min. We left with big smiles and good vibes to continue our road trip up the Coast.

This is a full service oil change while you wait in your car. The process is very quick. From the time I arrived until the time I left, I was the only customer there, so there were no lines. The service people were friendly and even smiled. What I liked best is that they took the time to show me how to reset the service light and also showed me how to operate my back windshield wipers and spray (new car for me). They literally know my car better than I do. The kicker is the free carwash (this station is located inside of a car wash/gas station facility. The carwash will give you credit for the free quick wash and let you upgrade to a higher end wash.

Really expensive oil change. Could have changed oil at dealership for 40 dollars less.

Unfortunately, I had to send them a priority letter describing cross thread damage to my car found out from a new oil change vendor - because the manager who was supposed to call me back, never did, as I was promised. Finally after they receive my letter documenting the damage (my last two oil changes have been done at Valvoline Oil Change) I get a call from the current manager saying they would make everything right, that I would not have to go to court; which I would prefer. I stated that I do not want a tap job, but a OEM oil pan replacement which is what is needed to make the car whole; and he agreed. A little over a week ago he sends me to one of their auto mechanics so they can extract the plug and verify, which he said they would do; but all they did was check for an oil leak. Big waste of my time. The mechanic who checked the car said he could not extract the plug, as the oil pan would have to be replaced at that point. Now when I call to follow up; no one answers, and I cant reach the manager. I am now contacting corporate.
