Wonderful experience! Very knowledgeable owners, with amazing parts inventory. Love their honesty, they wouldn’t sell be a new drive belt, said mine was perfectly usable. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my Honda generator not starting. I contacted Honda and they referred me to an authorized service dealer which was Camarillo lawnmower and small. I arrived and spoke with an older man who asked to bring the generator to him. He took a look and told me what was wrong. Did not charge me because I told him it’s still under warranty. I gave him a thumps up and went back home. I took his advice and it worked. It was my first time I stepped foot in the shop and it won’t be my last. Thanks Camarillo lawnmower.

I have a blower which belonged to my little brother who passed away. The owner only looked at it pulled the cord and said “150”. I asked what is wrong with the machine he refused to answer my question. I asked if I could buy a replacement filter. He stated “150 to fix that’s it I’m not selling you any parts” I was kind of shocked. I explained look I understand you can fix it but can you give me a breakdown. He refused and asked us to leave. Wow I can see he’s probably not use to people asking any questions. I replace and cleaned filter and housing for $2.98 I am so disappointed in this business.

The guy who actually does the work is professional and nice enough unfortunately the owner is not. Charged me a dollar for asking for a receipt for my repairs . I explained it was for my business tax purposes. He didn’t care. Very vague about pricing. I’m untrustful of this business and will not use them again .

Han and his wife (Im assuming) were very helpful. Fair price for a new machine. I cut my finger pretty bad while loading it into my car, they gave me a bandaid, and then helped me load it. Very nice people!

When I called I had to explain the simple part I was looking for to two different people. They said that they had the part in stock, but wouldnt quote the price over the phone. When I showed up they didnt have the part, so the guy was going to take the part off a machine he had in stock, awesome right? No. they wanted to charge me for the part plus an additional $15 to have the new part shipped to them?!?!

Fixed two minor issues with my mower as i was discussing the reason why i was dropping it off. Quite a range when giving me an estimate, seemed a little high. Very cluttered interior space, enter through the bay door to the show room if you want to call it that, otherwise nearly impossible to find the main door for customer service. Picked up mower, works like a champ now, but major backfires, when first cranking it over. Might take them up on 30 day guarantee!

I was cheated. He literally charged $150 to remove an air filter. Worse he diagnosed the motor as blown; then changed the oil and charged me for service. To his credit- he wrote down the model number so I can buy a new one from him.
