This team is fantastic. All the way from scheduling to the actual transport. Special care was given to my 84 yo mother. I would recommend their professional and expert services to all!

My mother in law has MS and since her husband passed its been hard to get her out of bed for anything, not even a bath. She got sick and the company we have that sends a caregiver to watch her was useless. The company A to B Transport sent a brand new Van and the driver Bobby made her feel so comfortable that it was just easier on me and my fiance whos mother it is to get the job doneI recommend this company 14/10 from this presentation and I hope you all have the same experience. Ask for bobby.

I called three weeks ago to arrange transport for my 98 year old mothers doctor appt. only to be told when I called the day before that we werent on the schedule. When I inquired further I was told I was put in the pending file and that they had two drivers out sick and wouldnt be able to transport. It doesnt appear that anyone was going to tell me that so I would have been waiting the day of without a ride. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I Do Not Recommend this service.

I work in the medical field and Ive seen these guys out in the field. they dont decon their gurneys which is really bad for their patients they just drop them off load up and go. They could be spreading disease or viruses to patients they take with already weakened immune systems. Please if managment reads this plwase train your guys to decon used equipment between calls.
