I trained with Kyle for over a year and he was fantastic. He helped me lose over 40 lbs while keeping me motivated and inspired the whole time. Very easy going, but pushes you when you need to be pushed. His workouts are very creative and different, utilizing all kinds of equipment and things youd never think to use...which ultimately makes it fun and entertaining to see what hell think of next. His nutrition knowledge also helped me figure out what I was doing wrong, and how to fix it. I cant recommend him highly enough and I continue to work out using all of the great information that he taught me during our year of training.
