This is a busy shop, because they work hard to provide service to all customers. Patience is helpful, they will get you what you need. I never thought about how many types of glass and options there could be. Its hard to find employees with this kind of experience needed to work in this industry.

Im posting for my 80 yr old lady friend, Marion Kelemen. Absolutely horrible service with a bad attitude. The guy was Josh. He was rude, dismissed her like she was a useless rag. He took up the whole driveway leaving her nowhere to park in her own driveway.. She asked him if she could use his phone to call the installer. He had nothing nice to say about installers and said he wouldnt bother with them. She asked him 3 times to use his phone and he ignored her last 2 requests. Now hes saying he didnt want her to use his phone due to Covid. He barely gave the door a glance and told her it all had to be replaced. Tear out the mahogany moulding. Everything. He came to this conclusion without even approaching the door frame. She was very upset at the rudeness and lack of a proper inspection.

Extremely unprofessional I would never recommend this company. You set appointment you expect them to show up on time as expected not be cancelled because its too inconvenient. Blaming covid 19 is not an excuse for poor customer service

Very happy to recommend these guys! All the staff are awesome and great to deal with. They are family owned, which I appreciate. Prices, quality of the work and quality of their products are all excellent! We’ve had work done by them in two different homes now, and I’ll keep calling on them any time we need more work done! Wife and I set an appointment 3 weeks ago took time off only for the salesman Robert to call us and let us know that it was too far away and he had too much to do and that he was gonna go ahead and just pass as there were no future appointments he could foresee. Extremely unprofessional and I did not go unnoticed.
