These guys are amazing. We really cant ask for a better service. They are reliable, prompt, and keep us updated of our next clean 2-3 days in advance by text and email. The girls that clean for us are really sweet too and weve always had the same team every 2 weeks.

I have held off from leaving a review for this company as I wanted them to bed in and get used to my property. To be fair, they have been absolutely amazing this whole year.. The owners are prompt to respond to our needs or any queries if we need to change schedule etc. and the maids themselves are phenomenal. I really am happy that Ive found a service I can rely on and trust. The service we used before were unreliable and did the job half heatedly whereas we are paying a little more but Ive never had an issues with their work or their service. I guess you get what you pay for.

We have just used this company for a deep clean, I think they call it a 52 point spring clean. Absolutely, amazing.Theyre very transparent and stick to their word. My only criticism was they were running a little late but the traffic was really bad, so understandable, but they did keep us informed. Definitely recommend.

I called this company in a state of panic yesterday, having been let down by my regular cleaning company again. While they were unable to accommodate at such short notice, the owner of the business took my details and called me back with 3 numbers of companies that may be able to help me out. By far the most helpful of all the companies I called that I thought they were deserving of a 5 star review for going out of their way to help.Its no wonder they have such great reviews if this is anything to go by and Im definitely going to call to book them for my weekly service.

Very happy with service these guys have done for us the past few months. Theyre very upfront and honest - we insisted on a 2 week clean but they believed with the amount of use we have in the property that an every 2 week service might be best. After a few weeks, they suggested reducing the service down, instead of wasting money.The maids are amazing and friendly too.

This crew dug me out of a hole the week before Christmas. Not only was the work amazing but the way in which the inquiry was handled and that they had the house cleaned in less time than they thought so they offered me a lesser rate, which I refused as they worked so hard.Highly recommend you call either Tony or Lizzie.

I am really impressed with this company run by a really lovely British couple.Its not just the reliabilty that has impressed us or the quality of the clean, but the customer service is above any other cleaning service weve used and beyond our expectations too.They email and text you a couple of days in advance of your clean and then after theyve finished too. We fail to see why anyone would use another cleaning service, these guys are the bomb. They work extremely hard and efficient and the guys in the office are very accommodating when we need an emergency clean carried out at our rental property in Malibu.

I cannot speak highly of this company and the great service we received from these guys. We had a problem on our move out clean that was down to our packers, this threw their schedule out Regardless, they got stuck into our clean and tried to reschedule around them. These are by far the best cleaners weve used. We also have them clean our own home and my mothers home too. Absolutely amazing service from everyone weve dealt with there. Theyre not the cheapest but they are by far the best quality and most reliable.

Awesome service from these guys - run by a local British couple in the VC area. We originally went with their 52 point clean as we still had residual issues from the fires that our cleaners had not gotten a handle on.We ended up calling these guys who have done such an amazing job that my husband said we have to have these guys weekly instead.

I had heard a lot of positive vibes about Youve Got Maids, so my wife and I called them up and spoke to Tony. It was Lizzie that came out for an estimate and she was very thorough. WE booked a 52 point clean iand we werent disappointed - in fact, it was soooo good, we hired them for a weekly service.We were extremely pleased with the results of our home. They made my kitchen shine and got it near spotless. Our oven I swear to God is almost as perfect as the day we bought it - well not quite as it gets some use but still WOW!All the harsh water rings in the toilets that we get in this area due to the hard water were gone. Our bath is shiney and the grime is gone. All the dust is removed from everywhere. We had a 3 member crew so it was about 4 hours. The ladies were very courteous, friendly, thorough, and productive. I would definitely recommend them for a good clean home!

Poor service, over charged our credit card the first time and said it was a mistake, then charged our card a second time for an amount that wasnt agreed upon, have filed a dispute with our credit card company - shady and dishonest by charging our credit card twice and their excuse is they dont know anything about the charges - the actual cleaning service was piss poor the first time, they agreed to make it up during the next visit and did not. Very disappointed and will never recommend them
