When I bought me car it needed a little body work so DCH Ford had Premier fix it. the job was done great. So I guess In a way, I am a repeat customer, just at their other location.I worked with Aaron he did a great job taking pictures and documenting all the damage on my car they Turn out only The repair shop but they also do the appraisal for the insurance company gotta love one stop shopping.They ordered all the parts in advanced so that when I brought the car in it would speed things up.Everybody there was super professional and friendly and it took them about 2 weeks to complete the job. They also called me on a regular basis to update me on the progress of the work.the car looks great as you can see in the pictures.I recommend these guys highly for any auto body and paint work and they back thier work with a lifetime warranty, any issues they will take care of it no problem, no questions asked.Also the car was cleaned top to bottom in and out nice touch guys!

I think that in general our society seems to be lacking a bit of customer service lately, but that is not the case in this place. Customer service seems to be the way they do business. It is a breath of fresh air when you come into this place. The people are friendly and seem to have a very good grasp of good customer service. The most professional collision shop Ive ever worked with, and Id know, I was in the car business. I had received regular notifications about how my car was doing, which was great. The repair took four months, but Im told thats a Tesla thing, not a Premiere thing.All in all, they did a great job on my car... Like it had never happened. Cant hope for more than that.

I was hesitant to go to this shop because it was recommended by the at fault driver’s insurance company after an accident. However, I decided to go check it out because it was very close by. I am glad I did. These guys were great from beginning to end. The service was excellent with Logan explaining exactly what they needed to do and how long it would take. After talking with Logan, I felt at ease and decided to go with them. They were able to take the car immediately, enter me into the system for the insurance company to pay and set me up with a rental all within a half hour – thank you Melissa! The afternoon before the promised completion, Melissa called and said I could pick it up the next morning. Eddie met me out front and went over every detail of what was done and made sure I was happy with the result. He even went the extra mile and buffed the headlights, which were beginning to cloud. Hats off to Premier Coach Camarillo. On two occasions I used them and found them to be fair, with very good workmanship. Aaron and Logan the two employees I had contact with were very helpful and took time to explain the details. Costumer services was excellent. Also it was nice to drive out of the parking lot with a nice clean car.

You recently had my 2013 Jaguar XJL. Probably under the insurance Mercury, they were the at-fault drivers insurance. It was a rear end collision. I’m sure you can figure out the rest. The car came back with little things like the front left fender popped out a little. Also the front bumper had a gap as if it was bumped which definitely wasn’t there before. My wheels were all scraped up which definitely weren’t there before. New scuff on the pain right side back door. New swirl scratch on the front right fender. Back paneling around the windows not on right which I kind of understand when you take a car apart it’s not the same but that should be what you do. Little rattles here and there. I had to take it back after picking it up to get over spray removed which was all over the back windows. First I was told one date then on day before delivery it wasn’t ready, then when I picked it up I waited about an hour in your lobby when I was told it’s ready for pick up. I imagine this is from being moved around and parked on the street, probably hitting the curb or something. Either way, I think everyone I dealt with was very nice except for one younger guy in the office which had zero customer service skills whatsoever.Nothing personal that was my experience and so a 3 star is my rating.I do appreciate the followingSecond pick up: car was nice and cleanBuffed the scuff but it’s back.2 of the wheels were fixed and those two look greatFront bumper issue was dealt with no gap nowOverspray was removedAnd again, everyone but the one guy were all awesome 100%.Hope this helps you as a business.Thank you for your work.Update. Almost one year later I realize that the blinker turns on when I hit the brakes. Since nobody else has worked on this car since the auto accident and repair I called the shop just to see if they can tell me what’s wrong with it, whether it was their repair or something else either way so I can get it fixed. The manager proceeded to argue with me on the phone. Which I’m pretty sure it’s the guy I spoke about earlier in my review, worst manager ever.

My first visit to this place was awesome, everyone was very professional and the inspector that helped me did a minor touch up on my car right then and there, I was so happy about it! He was super helpful and up front about everything, I would definitely recommend this place. Also the fact that they stay open til 5:30 is nice :)

My daughter had just purchased her first car with financing it alone and everything. She was completely proud of her accomplishment. A month after she purchased her car, it was hit from behind on the freeway. We chose to take her 2016 Rav4 into Premier Coach to be fixed. We werent sure of the the order of operation and Aaron and Logan guided us through the entire process. They even helped us with a car rental through the insurance. They made our experience less stressful and are very trustworthy. When my daughter received her car back from the shop, her first statement was it looked better than when she first bought it. I will be bringing any cars here and let everyone know of this place.

My son was recently stationed in California and after only a month, someone ran a red light and hit his brand new Jeep Wrangler. My sons Jeep was at a Geico shop in Camarillo and the calls were being made by Geico vs the shop. The shop themselves told me that if it was their Jeep they would have it sent to a non Geico shop that is a certified FCA shop. I called Premier Auto on 1/15/2020@0932 and spoke with Aaron. I explained the ENTIRE situation and the delays we have already had and he said “we will take care of you” and told me he was familiar with the Geico agent and provided me with the name of the agents supervisor. Aaron told me Geico is awful and was very understanding of our situation. I thought we were in good hands. Aaron told me to have the Jeep towed over and it would take a day or two for the estimate. My son went to the shop at 1245 to meet with Aaron and sign the form. At that time, my son was told an estimate would be ready by Thursday, Friday at the latest- same as I was told. Friday came and I told my son to call the shop at 2 if he hadn’t heard from them. My son called the shop around 330 and was given Daniel who told my son that they can’t get and estimate done for 2-3 weeks and to fix his Jeep for 3-4 months. I was not told this by Aaron or I would not have had it taken there. My sons rental was only approved until Saturday without the estimate we were told was going to be done. I called and asked for Aaron and was given Daniel who told me he just spoke to my son and they can’t get to it for 3-4 months. I asked why we weren’t given this information when I initially called and was told “I have talked to my guys”. I would have never had the Jeep taken there. Per Daniel he is the GM and he had been off and the file was on his desk when he came on Friday. I asked why we would have been told two days and now they can’t do it and it’s 3-4 months. I was told again “I have talked to my guys”. Nobody EVER called my son to let him know this. This used days of my sons limited rental days and not a call from this shop after telling us they could do it and now they can’t for 3-4 months and now he don’t have an authorization for his rental and we will he paying out of our pocket until we can get an estimate. Daniel did pay for the Jeep to tow to another shop on Monday because we used the second tow to get it over to their shop. What a disaster for us and a serious lack of customer service at this shop!

My BMW 535i got hit in the back and the person at fault had Mercury insurance. Called them just to check it out since it was recommended by Mercury. Decided to check it out before taking it to my preferred shop thats quite a distance away. But let me tell you that this was the best decision ive made. As soon as i pulled in and not even getting off my car, there was already a person (Logan) walking outside towards my car to chat with me. Looked like he has been working there so much just because of the amount of knowledge this guy had. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. he gave me the whole scoop about having to change my bumper and also gave me a timeline that i was happy with. Well guess what, they finished 2 days earlier. At first, i was a bit skeptical because i thought it might have been a sloppy job but man i was wrong. I got brand NEW BMW parts and are guaranteed for life. Very happy with my car and want to thank Logan and Premier coach for their excellent customer service. Finally, just to add, they called me 3-4 times within the time that my car was at the shop to update me. That was just amazing. These guys know how to run a well business. Thanks again.

Arron is one of the worst and most dishonest guys I have ever met in my life. They charged my Insurance over $11K for a job that may be could cost less than $5K. Broken promises all the time and they played so many games. Very corrupt practices. I picked up my truck missing parts and incomplete work after it stayed at their shop for 45 days. Now I am still waiting on a finder flare and for them to fix a dint on my rear bumper. Bad experience. Wish i never took my truck there!

I have nothing but great things to say about my past experience with the staff at Premiere Coach Auto Collision located in Camarillo. I recently purchased an OEM GT2 bumper for my 2002 Porsche 996 twin turbo and being very particular with the people who deal with my car and wanted nothing but the best! I was referred to them by PCA members who have dealt with them in the past and also from my friend Jason (owner of Ultimate Finish Detailing of Camarillo). I called to make an inquiry and spoke to the manager (Logan) about my “project”. It was a collaborative effort as I found out from other 996tt owners (that tackled this project themselves) on all the parts necessary to complete and have a functional bumper and not just aesthetics. Logan assured me that his team can do the job! I was able to provide him a parts list and within less than 2 weeks all the parts were staged in his shop. Getting all the parts was the hard part but.... I didn’t do anything but provide Logan a list > he did the rest. Once my car was in the shop, Logan provided me updates almost daily. The bumper conversion took approximately 1 week to complete (as he said it would). I’d also like to mention Melissa who runs the front desk. Melissa is very organized and a consummate professional and keeps the team aligned and organized. She is another person that made my experience at Premiere Coach a very positive and awesome experience. I am a true believer of, “YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET”.
